I was IMPRESSED with the newly renovated Northland Chrysler! There was free coffee and snacks, and comfortable seating with tables. The service was just as amazing! Trevor, my service advisor was amazing as well. He even followed up with me the following morning to make sure everything turned out okay!I LOVE THE NEW IMPROVEMENTS! EVERYONE WAS WARM AND WELCOMING!!!

I came in Early for an Appointment for a full service Oil and I was quickly serviced by Rep Trevor and he kind and even made me aware of an Oil Change Package. He was assistive and Very funny which made the wait Pleasant and easy.

Very prompt and professional service.my advisor Trevor was very informative, friendly and accommodating! There was also a shuttle that was available for both my pick up and drop off already arranged for me. My shuttle driver was also very pleasant and timely in his interactions with me. This made the process very seamless and allowed me to tend to other task. Thank You

My car has been making noises for about a week, so I decided to have someone look at it. I had called around to other shops, but I was told several times that I couldn't be seen for quite some time. The people here got me in quickly, and I have to say the customer service has been amazing. I especially want to shout out Rashon Perry. Rashon was awesome and told me exactly what was going on and what to expect. My car was fixed even faster than anticipated! The overall communication from the team was extraordinary. I definitely feel comfortable bringing my car here for other needs such as tire rotations and oil changes (and really anything else that may go wrong with my car). When my lease is up, I will even consider leasing with them as well. Definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

Walt was great with his customer service. Took care of me from start to finish. Even when we came like 5 mins before close. Took the time out to speak to my dad. And for that I would like to thank him because he could have been like anyone else & be ready go home for the day. Would most definitely be recommend him to others.

The best car dealership in Michigan! They very upfront with you! Our sales guy was Walt Mitchell, he by far is the best! Non judgemental, he listen to what you want and he works hard to get you in the car you want with EXCELLENT customer service skills ???? ❤️ ❤️

We will never go back been dealing with an electric issue for over an year in a half 1st the car was under warranty mind you the car only have 20,000 if that it’s been going back and forth to northland Chrysler and trying to find the issue they said it was the (gear shift , then a control model then the dash cluster) all along making us pay a deductible ) none of them parts fixed the problem) now why the car not under warranty it came back for the same problem so that’s pose to be the same work order so now it’s in the shop as we speak now it’s the (body wire harness) so I feel you all owe me my deductible money back the problems y’all said it was did not fix the car y’all wrong (Luke and reshuan ) first they gone say they will give me my money back now they don’t want to don’t go there not professional at all a total rip off

Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesperson, Kenny J, was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. I would recommend Northland Chrysler to anyone that is feeling a little weary of the car buying experience. They put me at ease right away and I was on the road in no time!

Extremely poor experience with the service department. My car was at the dealership for over 8 days, and one of the problems I was having was still not fixed. They claimed they could not identify the problem but I showed videos and they even drove the car 61 miles. When I finally got the car back and drove off I was able to identify the problem instantly. Dropped the car off 10/10/23 in the morning and got the car back on 10/19/23 at noon. Every day I called for an update the story changed as to why the car was not ready. I was told 3 times that the car would ge ready but it never was. On top of that they drove my car 61 miles used all my gas and returned the car to me on empty! 61 miles is very excessive for a test drive. I had to ask them to put some gas in the car. Overall I would not trust this dealership with your vehicle as I believe they were joy riding it.

I called and talked to Rashon and he was amazing, helpful and very thorough! He scheduled my appt for an oil change which was super quick. When I arrived he immediately took me right in. Explained about how long it may take, showed me to there new waiting room which is very clean and elegant and showed me where I can go to use restroom or get something to drink. I was in and out super quick and they even washed my vehicle. How nice was that!! Best service ever!! Thank you Rashon for all your help and service .. You are fantastic. Highly recommend seeing for yourself won't be disappointed!!

I had a really good experience with them when I was getting my car serviced. Trevor was a great service advisor who kept me in the loop of everything and my shuttle driver was really nice as well. I will definitely be back.

The dealership was working through some computer issues and other things associated with moving into a new dealership. Everyone at the dealership from the owner Ken to Mike the sales manager and my salesman Pete went the extra mile to make sure I still had a good experience! People that I have never met before made the effort to say hi and ask questions about me the experience was great!! If anyone is looking for a vehicle I strongly recommend this dealership. The fact that the owner took time out of his busy day to spend time with me impressed me very much!

Where should I even start with this place? I’ve been in a rental almost a month for a issue on a 2020 Nissan versa. And now I have my car back and nothing is still fixed. I explained every issue I was having and I even have video. Nobody wanted to see it now that I’m getting my car back it’s happening again and they want to tell me it’s not that big of a deal. My car still is in warranty and they’re refusing to fix anything. I thought Brenda and Mike we’re going to help but after my experience yesterday, with Brenda clapping in my face. I just need to stay far away from this place. Mike and Brenda do not care about the safety of me and my child because I’m explaining what can happen while I’m driving and to them. That’s not that big of a deal. This is so disappointing I really was patient with these people have missed work multiple occasions and I’m still stuck with a car that has issues. Not to mention the car is $20,000. Unless you’re getting a brand new car, don’t waste your time with these people. I have a whole panel sitting on my back tire now. I didn’t think me taking my car to get it fixed would just give me 1001 more problems. I really wish the owner would contact me because I’ve dealt with so many people here and it’s just amazing how all of these people still have jobs.
