We’ve been buying our pet food from here for the last 7-8 years and always look forward to stopping by and seeing the crew. We started going there because one of our dogs had stomach issues. The selection is great and the prices are good, often better than the other pet supply stores and warehouse clubs. Pets are welcome. If you have a question, the staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. It's unfortunate that the store on Livernois in Troy closed several years ago and still sits empty.”

“In my opinion this is the greatest pet store in the area. The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husky pup, Nymeria, loses her mind with excitement when I ask if she wants to go see Michelle, a managers at the Troy location. She and the other staff are worth their weight in gold. All of the staff members seem to love their jobs here and that makes for a great environment. If you need help there is always someone happy to help. If you would rather browse or shop alone they are happy to give you space.I have used the bath tubs that they have in the store to wash our pups in and it is a must if ever they are in need. They provide all of the products needed for a sparkling pooch and varieties of soaps, conditioners and more.The store has great high quality products. It is nicely organized, clean, and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about this store and this company. The other major bonus, in my opinion, is that the company is owned by local families. Local does not mean that you will sacrifice anything that bigger stores have to offer. I find it to be quite the opposite.”

My cat's favorite treat from there are the apple chicken bacon chips. One bag of them includes A LOT of chips that last a long time for one cat.”
