One of our blinds was not working correctly. Together, mark and Cordell were able to correct the problem in just minutes. technical expertise and customer service were outstanding.Then, additionally, I asked them to come out to synchronize my blinds - they were there within a day and resolved the matter in minutes. I highly recommend them.

We've been pleased with Royal Crest Blinds for several years. Quality, friendly service at a reasonable price. A couple of weeks ago, they repaired our duet blinds. During the visit, we asked them about some missing brackets, which we needed for a horizontalblind. They gave them to us free of charge. Thanks!

I needed my blinds restrung due to my dog eating the cord. Royal crest was FAST and the most reasonably priced. Extremely professional and all around great service!

We had four trapezoidal windows that needed blinds. It wasn’t way finding a company that could handle that window shape. Royal Crest was awesome and Mark Jeross was super helpful from the first inquiry, through guiding me through the measurement and color selection process.I just installed the blinds this week and they look amazing!!Also, I’ve purchased custom blinds online before, but these seem like they are much higher quality. Will definitely go back toThem for the next project - highly recommend!

The reviews I read were all very good, so I prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt, he may just be having a bad day or had a headache, but I absolutely wasted his time. Sorry Mark I was prepared to spend at least $3,000.00 on window treatments.

Royal Crest's web site says, "If we can't fix your blind or shade at Royal Crest, then it probably can't be fixed!" This is so true. I had a very difficult repair job and called several window blind companies before I discovered Royal Crest Blinds. No one could help me. When I called Mark at Royal Crest he was so kind and helpful. He arranged for me to have my repair done and the technician was amazing. He was friendly, hard working, and highly skilled. I am very thankful to find such an incredible company and will definitely keep their phone number on file as my go-to window blind resource.

These folks fraudulently charged my credit card for $ 1,906.77 and I do not even live in Michigan. The purchase was KEYED in and there is no way they could have checked the ID on the card. UPDATE- There accounts were hacked but my credit card company took care of it and Royal Crest, Inc. was cooperative in the process.

We had blinds installed by Royal Crest a couple of months after moving into our home. Working with Mark at Royal Crest was easy, pleasurable, and worth the money. To provide a little background: my wife and I considered doing this on our own or having a contractor install blinds that we ordered from Home Depot. The latter proved difficult because Home Depot informed our contractor that some of our window dimensions, as measured by the contractor, wouldn't work with the blinds we selected and that we'd need to start the process over or adjust our selections. This was after we'd already spent two hours at Home Depot making our selections. I called the store and the representative told me that there were five customers at his desk waiting for service and I needed to tell him exactly what I wanted to order. It was clear that I wasn't going to get much support this way. I did a little more research with other ordering options, such as jcpenny.com, but they all required dimensions for all the windows. Now for the record, let me state that I know how to use a measuring tape. And I made the basic measurements for the windows and priced out blinds. However, our house is old and there are a variety of window styles. I was unsure how all of the little details would work out with the variety of blind options. I was not looking forward to more measurements, self installation, and possible exchanges because the fit turned out wrong. The process can be quite time consuming and this was not the only house project we were managing at the time. Now, enter Mark at Royal Crest. As soon as I spoke with him on the phone, the process became easier. He worked with our schedule to set up a time after work to meet with us. We met as this showroom and then drove from there to our house. He made final recommendations and then he made all of the measurements. He sent us a complete estimate the next day. He then worked with us to lower the cost by adjusting some of the blind options on certain windows. Then within a couple of weeks, the blinds arrived and his crew installed them in a couple of hours, cleaned up all the packaging and disposed of our old blinds. It was super easy and we are very happy with the quality of the blinds. As a bonus, Mark found us a rebate to use on the product that we ordered! While the cost of this route is more expensive than doing it all on your own, we are really happy we did this through Royal Crest. The product cost was comparable to the estimates I found at jcpenny.com and the customer service was well worth the money. I'd recommend Mark and Royal Crest in a heart beat.
