I have recommended Sassy Nails to a few people in my life due to the consistent high quality service delivery, but my recent experience was poor. One of the employees was rude, visibly rolling her eyes and shaking her head when patrons walked in. Her unpleasant demeanor appeared to make couple clients in the salon uncomfortable (conversation was overheard).

I’m new to the area and attempted to make an appointment. The woman that answered the phone was rude and when I asked for when their next available appointment was she said weren’t and hung up on me. Don’t bother going here.

Experience was lovely, was able to accommodate my request to use my own personal tips , it was his artistry with the flowers that made my bad day beautiful. Nail home found😍😊😘

I have been coming here since I was a teen. Always get my eyebrows done by Ann. She wasn’t there today but I still had a great service. I will be back every time until I can’t!

They are under new management there’s no signage there’s no communication saying that it’s under new management. Therefore, the service isn’t the same. I was there to get a pedicure and they allow some kid without any experience to work on my feet at end one of the owners had to come in and complete my service. not only are they under new management they increased the prices. My pedicure was $55 And I know this is not what I usually pay. Ive been going here since they originally opened 25 years ago I hate I have to find somewhere else to go.

I give this place 4 stars because i absolutely love the nail tech who serviced me he was very patient and detailed with my pedicure and my full set, it took longer than I anticipated but it was worth it! The only thing I didn’t like is that the nail tech told me one price and when I went to pay the owner I’m assuming asked for additional $5, though I didn’t have a problem paying because as I stated he did a great job I just feel that the communication on pricing can be better so there’s no confusion at check out!

This is my second time coming, and I absolutely love the service I've received. The last time I went, the male nail tech exceeded my expectations on my nail design. I love them.
