I'm trying to understand why it is 10:00 and they not open... when you go online the website says they are open at 10:00 the young man comes to the door and tells me they won't be open till 11:00..that doesn't make since... change it on your web ...my time is valuable...

This store is very clean and has an okay staff but RayQuan is definitely great and helpful and also nice! He helped me find good shoes and tried to even help with matching clothes. Very great customer service.

Doors lock earlier than 8pm, employees are inside the store just chilling.

Customer service is terrible. The young lady at the counter was on her cell phone on a personal call during the entire time we were in the store. They barely greet you when you walk in and the former employees use to ask if you need any help finding shoes or an outfit to match your shoes. I rather take the long drive to the Pontiac location for better customer service. Hire mature individuals who have a better work ethic.

Opens later than the hours that are listed. Hard to get ahold of anyone over the phone.

Prices do not match online prices they will not give you the online price they will not accept returns and also did not honor a warranty for a ripped jacket at the seem do not shop here
