“Birmingham Jewelry made a custom ring for me based on a design my wife liked and wanted to have. The original was made out of silver and other stones and we wanted to have it done in gold and diamonds. The final product was excellent! The project was to last six weeks and they did it on time and even included a welcome upgrade. If I had to say something I didn't like, and this is my own thing but I like a little more communication on what's happening when I'm spending a significant amount of money. It would have been nice to see the process of how the final product came to be or get status updates along the way but that's nothing something they offer and so it isn't something I hold against them. All in all, very satisfied and we have found our new local jewelers to help with our needs. Thank you for creating our masterpiece and I'll see you soon since we've got to get that necklace repaired ?”

“I am so amazed by Reaver. My husband and I have been using them since we got married and are always impressed by their level of customer service, quality, expertise, and attentioned to detail. The first time we met with Steve, we experienced a level of service that was far beyond what we were expecting. First of, Reavers has been and is a family owned business. They have been in business for over 50 years, which is amazing. They have a large selection of men and women's rings and other jewelry pieces of fine jewelry. If you don't see what you are looking for, no worries, Reaver can design any ring. That is what we did for my husband. For my we did sonething more simple. We were extremely grateful for the fair price that Steve quoted us. Since we have been married our rings are in great shape. We have gone a few times to get their resized and still our rings are perfect. Anytime you visit, they clean your rings for free. They also do engraving.”

“The GWR team did a beautiful job on the service of my Wakmann Triple Date. They were able to re-plate the chronograph pushers and crown to match the case and replace the tiny pushers for the date setting. I asked another watchmaker about working on this watch and they declined, saying that the tiny pushers were too hard to get right.”
