Just a suggestion but if you close maybe you should put a list of branches that are open under your little sign so your customers don't drive around for an hour looking for a branch that is open

This branch underperforms in almost every category. Customers are asked to make an appointment for services that need to be done inside and in 3 cases we were told none were available for more than a week? Drove to Auburn Hills Branch and they processed all 3 transactions from inside and laughed when I advised them.Sorry but that is poor customer service by this branch!

I have always had a good experience at this Comerica and they are very conveniently located. Everyone is very friendly.

Been going here for years. Debit card got frauded In which i caught not the bank. So had to go through the drive-thru to pull money out. Well the last visit never got my I.D. Back in the envelope and now after calling back they’re claiming they don’t have it and I must’ve missed placed it. At this time I will be changing banks. Very unprofessional for such a large bank.

Like this branch, as there is good parking and never long lines. Just wish that they had Saturday morning hours.

During the time I was a minor I was charged a monthly maintenance fee on my account. Not only am I not supposed to be charged a fee as a minor I am supposed to be informed of any fee I received. I receive no phone relaying me information of the fee. I was charged a fee I was not supposed to be charged as a minor and was not notified. When I walked in to create an account ( I had not known about the fee at this time) I was made aware of the fee. I deposited money into the account and they subtracted the fee. At this time I thought maybe it was an error and the did inform me but I missed it. I went home and checked the complete call history , no phone call. It was at this time that my dad also made me away as a minor they cannot charge me a fee. Had it not been for my dad letting me know they would have went along with charging a minor a fee . They knew my birthdate when I walked in and after talking to them over the phone they told me how I have been charged the fee at the end of May. My 18th birthday wasn't until the end of June . They knew this yet charged me in the fee regardless. It wasn't until I had my dad call customer service and then talked to management that I was told the fee will not be waved. After explaining to them I was a minor and receive no phone call they explained I will receive reimbursement for the fee. As of now I am waiting to receive access to mobile banking to ensure the fee has indeed been waved. Hard to place trust in comerica bank and if I can't trust them to treat me fairly then how can I trust them with my money.
