Thank you Arshawn for perfecting my to-go order today. There was a 4/1.99 each deal and basically they were out of 1 specific variety I selected therefor charging me full price for 3. When I explained the situation he went back in and grabbed what I needed so I could still get the deal. Thank you so much!

This particular Kroger was my favorite in the past...IN THE PAST. I'm not sure what happened but their produce is horrible, rarely is there someone at the meat counter, the customer service desk is hardly open and there is constantly empty shelves. The isles are always packed with either people stocking the shelves or workers filling pick up orders. I'm not even sure how that's not a fire hazard. I'm so disappointed.

The customer service desk is always closed and I wanted to return a product that had the wrong price, they barely returned my money and they did not want to sell me the product again with the correct price because no one could go to see the correct price.

The shelves are bare lately. Not sure what’s going on here. Prime location for a robust grocery store but this location needs to step it up IMO.

Awful pharmacy department with extremely rude employees. They give a time when your prescription is ready…the employees, specifically Amanda, continuously have an attitude when I arrive at the time THEY provide only to find my prescriptions are not indeed ready. Miserable person all around.

This store has the worst manager I've ever met. Her name is Julie and she has red hair. I saw her being extremely rude to some high school employees that were just trying to do their jobs.

This Kroger was Absolute Chaos on my recent visit here. Couldn't even walk down the main aisle because the line(s) were so bad!!Just wanted to get a couple of two liters, for some reason they had the last set of self checkouts closed and only two lanes open and 4 self checkouts. The lines for the 4 self checkouts went down the end of the aisle!!! The reset of the lines were no better. Now I know why I go to the one in Lake Orion, never had a problem with that one and lines have never gotten out of control.

I was in this store this morning at 9 am. I counted no less than 10-12 employees without masks. Not hiding them around their necks, just not wearing them. Specifically, the click list employees at the entrance and the stockers in the aisles. There was a manager present, walking the store. Absolutely makes ZERO sense to me! On a positive note, this was the first time I have seen all the customers wearing masks.

Made the mistake of stopping in Kroger again. Thought I might slip in and out for some charcoal, wood chips and milk. No wood chips on isle with charcoal so I waited and waited and waited to check out. Check out is always a horror. Apparently no one in Kroger management has ever heard of queuing theory, or are ignoring it. As I was waiting an employee walked past. I had already crossed paths with this kid three times as I looked through the store for an independent stand of wood chips. So I say to him as a last chance to find the chips, "there were no wood chips on the aisle with charcoal, you aware of them anywhere else in the store?". His response, "ask someone in that department". Not a I don't know let me find someone who might know, or wait here, I will find out. Zero stars, but am forced to at least give one to post.

The store at 65 S. Livernois in Rochester Hills, MI is abysmally lax enforcing mask wearing by employees working in public areas. By orders of the Governor they should also be requiring ALL patrons to wear masks. Enforcement is non-existent. Management is lazy, and from the response I got from the woman at the customer service desk who clearly observed employee non-compliance I can only conclude Management simply doesn't care.

The donuts here are pretty decent for the area. Much nicer than some of the bigger chain and the workers are nice. Thanks again

I stopped going here when I bought a watermelon that was all liquid when I cut into it. The oroduce must be second hand stuff that other stores don't want. Not fresh! Also watch expiration dates because they don't check it and much of the food is past dated. Don't buy " fresh" flowers. Once again must be rejects from other stores because they will last maybe 2 to 3 days The store staff is rude. It's obvious that they don't want to be there. I recently stopped in for one item and nothing changed. Bad produce, dirty store, confusing layout and rude staff. Why shop here? Go to the new Aldi in Orion. You won't be disappointed.

I don't know what happened in the 12 months, but the produce selection is AWFUL. We live behind this Kroger and go here only out of convenience. But we head to papa joes when we want fresh fruit and veggies. The produce shelves are often bare and what IS on the shelves are terrible quality. Last night the artichokes, of the 8 or so they had, were ALL brown. I can't believe anybody would leave that on the shelves, it's disgusting. The meat department is fine, but the seafood is often left wanting. Maybe one out of 10 times when go we will buy seafood, but most of the time it's as fresh as the produce. I will say, the bakery is the BEST. The bread is awesome and the sweets are excellent. Checkout is fine, and you learn who is with it, and who isn't. C'mon management, get your produce section up to AVERAGE.
