Management can't spell but love to put stupid notices saying kids can't play, and in return makes them look unintelligent and unwelcoming. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Maintenance enters homes without proper notices, rats and roaches issues get pushed to the side as management only cares about rent checks being received on time. Horrible place to live.

Kids aren’t allowed to play outside, if they are they aren’t allowed to do anything but play at the park that was made with wood pieces from the side of the road & a broken slide. Can’t have bikes on our porches that we pay rent to use, we have to keep them inside in our very small storage space or a bike rack that isn’t secured. My room has been leaking since I signed my lease in August, the AC hasn’t worked since the lease was signed in August. Black mold grows in the bathrooms(this is the 3rd unit my spouse and I have occupied it’s happened at every single one) my stove/oven doesn’t work, my counter top was destroyed when I moved in. My rent is constantly being raised but the inside is out to date, & barely passable to live in.

I have lived here for many years and the property has made several recent improvements which have addressed past issues. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been handled promptly, and my townhouse is very affordable for the generous amount of space I have. The staff have always been friendly and respectful to me, and are quick to respond to communication.

The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I've been trying to get an issue resolved since the beginning of the week but have been unable to contact corporate as the leasing agent will not help me. I've called the property manager several times and emailed them but nobody answers.
Edit (to the owner as there is no option for me to reply) - I did email you two weeks ago.

These apartments are super musty and anyone that lives in the basement a dehumidifier is not an option but a must. They have outdated EVERYTHING including walls appliances doors and literally just keep painting on top of old paint. They also decided not to contact me following my final bill after I inquired MULTIPLE times with the lady running the apartments but instead decided to go behind my back when I had been nothing but open with her about my plans and what I was doing. To top it off the lady that runs this place is nasty. Not nice in the slightest. Do not reccomend this place to live. Not even if you HAVE to find a place to live like me. Find somewhere else for the same price because I wouldn't pay more than $500 a month. And that's stretching it.

After moving out I was wrongfully charged for an extra month of rent, despite me no longer living there. I was told by management to cancel the payment with my bank on my end, so I did. A few weeks later, I received my security deposit check.but they decided to withhold $35 for “insufficient funds” because I canceled the payment (which they told me to do) on the rent they WEREN’T SUPPOSED TO CHARGE ME FOR (because I no longer lived there and move out the previous month). They have yet to return this money to me. This place has been nothing but trouble. Don’t get taken advantage of like me, wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.Updated: I was asked to email customer service, so I did. But I was never emailed back. I have also called several times and left several messages but have been ignored.

Had many issues with this place. It is normal to have issues with buildings but whenever they were brought to management nothing was done. The people in the office would always be annoyed when I'd have an inquiry. These weren't minor issues but serious ones like mold growth and leaking ceilings. Happy to no longer be there.

Very Elegant Townhomes, Awesome Staff, I highly recommend Arrowtree Apartments.Their 3 Bedroom 3 bath Townhomes are huge and super cute, I am so happy that I chose this apartment complex!!!FYI: check these apartments out before looking over reviews, I am glad that I did.

Our bed bug infestation is being taken care of poorly. My mom spent $2000+ for us to stay in a hotel, they took 2 1/2 weeks to come and clean only for us to come back and see another bed bug. Like wtf.
