My experience was so bad, I want to warn others about the horrible follow up service (if you can call it that) and misleading information provided by the manager of this store. Initially, I was pleased with the service Bruce provided by adding a third line to our account and getting a new phone for a family member. He smiled and told me the new phone and new service would only be a few dollars more a month because more lines cost less. However, what he did not tell me is that he added insurance (extra $$) and the next-up upgrade feature ($$). In all our bill went from $185 a month for 2 lines to $250+ for 3 lines with extras... Not the "couple of dollars more" as I was led to believe. The worst part was the follow-up with him by phone to share that I was not happy with my bill. He was belligerent, impatient, rude, and said things like "I never told you that" and "everything is extra!" when I asked him to review and explain the costs for a second time he got pissed saying "I just explained this to you!" (and implied "dumb ass"). The reason I asked for him to explain it a second time is that... he was pulling numbers out of his rear end.... so there was no way to follow accurately. He was trying to blame me for his incompetence. BUYER BEWARE. I'd steer clear of this store and manager!
