Really helpful staff there was only one person in the store so we did have to wait a bit to be helped. They had the phones we wanted even with the chip shortage. The big down fall is that there is way more iphone items than other types of phones. That is only a bad thing because I am not an iPhone person. If you prefer iPhone they have a lot to offer for cases and accessories.

The fact I have to leave one star is upsetting. I went in to add my first time phone user daughter to my existing plan and it took 45 minutes for him to even begin the process of asking what phone we wanted to add. Not to mention, when we arrived, the door was locked and when we were checking the hours on the outer door, he frantically opened the store door and just stated “I was in the bathroom!”, which was obvious by his pant zipper being unzipped during the entirety of our horrific interaction. He fell asleep at one point while staring at the tablet for a good 5 minutes, and when I questioned him, his response was that he was ensuring that he understood the error code that was given to him. There were no floor models of any of the Apple devices which made it hard to determine what we wanted. He stated that he didn’t know the current inventory of the Apple Products and when he went to the back to check, he said all of the boxes had been opened, at which point I told him I was not going to purchase a phone that wasn’t in its original packaging and that I would be going to another store. The guy wasn’t even in an ATT shirt, which is usually required in their workplace. I went to the store on Grand River and was was in and out with a phone in under 10 minutes.

Came in to get what I wanted. At the Okemos location. Nick took care of me. Very friendly customer service. Was ver patient.

Poorly managed sleeper store. The store is locked during normal business hours. That way the lone employee who works there isn’t caught in the act of napping. The lone employee couldn’t answer a voicemail question. Sad but true.

My first experience here was fine, but my phone wasn't working correctly and it had to be replaced so I came in again. The second time I walked in the guy working there was vaping inside the store to the point where walking in it looked smokey. I'm allergic to nicotine so I immediately had to leave. I'll never be back and I'm very dissatisfied.

Wow! Let me say I have worked in customer service many years and today I walked into a fantastic experience. Old fashioned service meaning super polite, down to earth , no hard sell, you could tell right away just very polite and knowledgeable and caring. I verymuch recommend seeing Tesa and Stephanie, whata great experience. The customer service world could and should use re of Tesa's and Stephanie's type of old fashioned and great customer service

Excellent customer service provided here. My employer phone sim got disconnected.Especially the person Michael Grahem whom I worked with exceeded my expectations and very knowledgeable.He understands customer problem and the frustration customer is going through but didn't see him lose his patience and made many attempts to get my problem solved.

Big thanks to Mike who helped my husband and I switch over to AT&T from different carriers. He spent lots of time explaining different options for our new phone plan and answered all questions completely. Did not feel rushed at all. When UPS failed to deliver my new phone to the store, Mike made sure that a new one shipped out the next day. Overall very impressed with customer service and glad that I made the switch over to AT&T.
