I won’t take anymore clothes here. I took my wedding dress & dress attachment to be pressed. First, the dress attachment came back with something on it. They fixed that issues by washing it. Now as I take their tag off, it’s ripped where they added the tag. WHY WOUD YOU TAG SHEER FABRIC?! I’m pissed. Now I gotta solve this issue 3 days from my wedding!

The service at the Okemos location was fantastic. Drop off and pick up were quick and easy and my formal dress came back clean and pressed. The turn around time was as promised. Super convenient and at a reasonable price.

Purity was a fantastic help to me at this location! She went out of her way to make sure I got my important items as quick as possible! My husband had spilled wax melt on his clothes and then washed them with other clothes, so I had a PILE of clothes that need wax removed. Everything came out clean and sparkling, and the service was beyond stellar!

Their dry cleaning prices are honest-to-god extortion. They do a good job but it was like $11/shirt. Once of my shirts last time was over $20 because of the material - which I wasn’t told until pick-up. I honestly pay 3x here what I pay elsewhere. I don’t normally write reviews, but after spending over $50 to launder a single pair of dress pants and five shirts, I wish I knew their exaggerated prices in advance.
