Baryames is the absolute worst dry cleaner that I've ever used in any city that I've ever lived in. Somehow, they've ended up with a near monopoly of dry cleaning services in the Lansing area and I will never understand it.
They return clothing uncleaned. They lose items and shrug their shoulders about it. If you ask them to restitch a hem or a pocket, they will give it back to you with the holes still in it and still charge you for it. Terrible service and ridiculously expensive compared to other dry cleaners in other areas. Unfortunately, there aren't many dry cleaners in the Lansing area other than Baryames, so they just keep getting away with not improving year after year.
And if you're thinking that, oh, it was just a one off event. No, this has been happening for over ten years over many different times of trying to get some sort of service from them. You would think that they would finally get new management or something and it would get better, but no, the service is still expensive and still awful and nothing is ever done correctly.
So if you want to pay through the nose for a job that isn't actually completed, go to Baryames.
Edit: Adding an edit as the owner is trying to discredit my experience over the past several years because they can't find a pseudonym in their system.
We've already had the pocket fixed by someone else and are writing off the money as a poor decision since we knew better than to use their services after this many years of poor experiences. Our bad. Enjoy the dollars.
Also, in my original review, I forgot to mention that they also ruined a tie during one of their services. I was going to leave it, but given that I needed to add this edit, I'm adding it in.
I do not need or want you to contact me. I do not want to do business with your company again and if you try to find me, that's just weird, man.

MIRACLE Rose is her name and she is the Best BEST sweetest friendliest Knowledgeable costumer service employee in the World. Baryames you’re one lucky company.

Justice was professional and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Her customer service was great and she was very helpful with getting my account setup for future services. My two jackets came out looking brand new and was ready within two days :) Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience!
