I recently had the unfortunate situation of my Chrysler's transmission dying for the second time in 5 years.... with 4 kids around, we can't be worried about the reliability of the family car.
I reached out to Capital Honda (along with other dealers) to see what they could offer. Some other dealers were super pushy... which I don't want or need as someone who does their own research. Micah DeMass reached out to me and helped my wife and I get the vehicle we were looking for, customize it, reach a fair price, and have been amazing in communicating with us, providing us with great service, and striking a great balance as a business.
I would absolutely recommend Capital Honda.

It’s a shame out all the people who worked on my vehicle couldn't fix the issue but my local mechanic could. A waste of time and money. I will not recommend to any family or friends.

I stopped in for an oil and filter change, and despite the ongoing construction of their new building, I had a very pleasant experience. The comfortable amenities provided for guests made the wait enjoyable. Although the service took about an hour due to their busyness, they generously offered it for free! Excellent customer service!

We had a truly wonderful experience purchasing our very first brand new Honda at this location! We worked with Justin Hartges, and he was a huge factor in our decision to purchase from this location. Justin was kind, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented; he answered our questions without making us feel pressured or rushed. We could not have been happier with our decision! I can't speak more highly of my new car buying experience. Coming from a 2 generation GM family, I have only ever owned GM cars. This time, I wanted a car with high reliability and longevity ratings. Pierce, Anthony and the team got me an epic deal on my new Civic; it was an easy process end to end; and, I never once felt like I was being duped. The car buying process can easily feel really icky or like I'm being taken advantage of. In no way or did I ever feel like that was part of my buying experience with this team. I felt fully in control, informed, and like I had all the dignity to make the choices best for me. Kudos to this team - I look forward to being a lifelong Honda buyer.

I did not get a chance to buy a car from Justin. But boy do I wish I did.
Out of many dealerships in the state, Justin followed through and what he said he was going to do, even when other dealers had me questioning if he would.
When Justin found out he didn't get the sale, there was no tantrum, no mean words, no hurt feelings. Just a genuine congrats, and I hope to see you next time.
Truly, a capital fella! See you in three to five years!

I moved to Lansing, MI from Tampa, FL for school in 2023. Capital Honda is the nearest Honda Service Center, and I am pleased with the service I receive all the time. I have only ever worked with one service specialist, Michael Vang, and after working with him for the past couple of visits, he is the only one I prefer to work with! Not that any of the others are bad (I haven't worked with any others), but Michael is always very honest, doesn't try and push unnecessary services, and is very knowledgeable. I trust him to make good suggestions for the health of my car and hope I can continue to work with him for the remainder of my stay here in Michigan.

Engine light came on while traveling. Mike Vang was the consultant at the first dealership to actually answer the phone. They stayed late to diagnose and fix the problem and get us back on the road. Service fixed the problem by just replacing spark plugs. I don’t think I have ever been happier with a dealership. Thanks again.

After reading the 5 star reviews, my experience makes a lot more sense.
This review is for Juuuust kidding...you thought I was going to say "Justin," didn't you, after reading the other 300 5-star reviews for him, didn't you?
But it's for Anthony, the finance guy!
While walking me through the intricacies of the extended warranties (which are normally trash), he mentioned that the powertrain warranty doesn't cover the Hybrid components of my 2024 Accord Hybrid. I would never buy an extended warranty, but in this instance that tiny little crucial tidbit of info led me to buy. Then quickly applied discounts and such and secured me a lower interest rate for financing than was originally quoted. That's right, lower.
During the process, I think I convinced Anthony to leave his job and be a partner in my upcoming BBQ restaurant empire, but I digress.
Okay, but really, what everyone in the reviews of this dealership has come to expect: Justin.
The number of 5 star reviews that Justin has raked in is insane, and this one can be thrown in his pile of W's right along with the rest of them.
From the personalized message he sent to my partner that was (originally) shopping for a vehicle and ensuring that he was addressing her concerns and questions, to his ability to wheel and deal with the sales manager to get her the best deal possible when I turned into an impromptu buyer for a second vehicle, he adapted and rolled with the changes in course quickly.
Justin will be happy to know that I got 52mpg on my first drive for work, as compared to a paltry 15mpg from my last vehicle.
Great work all round, looking forward to the second purchase in a couple of days!

I worked with Justin Hartges to lease or buy a CR-V and couldn't be more pleased. He has a great personality and, more importantly, he knows his stuff and is very straightforward with the facts.
P.S. I love my new 2025 CR-V!
