“The scheduling process was a bit rocky. I initially inquired outside of business hours on a weekend. As you might imagine, I provided details via the website to start the process and even received a time commitment for what I thought was going to be an appointment. With no firm confirmation about actual time, I called to get more information and ended up having to provide all the same info again to the local branch because they didn’t receive it. Nothing terrible, but appears to be a failure in their web lead tracking systems. The tech did arrive on time and performed the windshield replacement in my driveway quickly. I did notice and remove several small pieces of glass debris on my front passenger seat. Despite these minor issues, I was happy to have an OEM glass installed. Surprising to me about this process was that Glass Doctor relied on Safelite to verify my insurance info and I received a survey request from Safelite. Overall, it was a positive experience.”

“These guys are the best. They helped me out so much. The manager at the frandor belle put me in a not great position but these guys helped sort it out. They cared about the safety of my car, they ordered me a new tire under my warranty, kept me updated throughout the process of the repair since it has to be ordered due to it being low profile, and really made the best of a shit situation. I have nothing but good things to say about this location after multiple bad experiences at the frandor one.”
“These guys are honest. I have had flat tires before and every time I've taken into other places they always come up with an excuse why they can't repair the tire. I've used Belle tire in the past and they've always been honest. Today I took my vehicle in they were able to patch the tire at no cost. Other tire shops that makeup excuses take advantage of people.”

“I had a slow leak in my right rear tire and stopped in to have them take a look. They had it up on the rack for half an hour and came back and said there was a leaky valve stem and they fixed it. I asked them how much and they said no charge. I was shocked.
I asked again and he simply smiled and said no charge. Thanks for coming in.
