Our experience with Chris was top notch. He was professional and responsive during the entire process. The insights he provided on the houses we looked at provided actual value. We were moving from out of state to the Lansing area and could not view each house in person. Chris went to each house we were interested in and conducted virtual tours. He noticed issues that were only noticable in person. This ensured that when we did arrive to the area, we only viewed our top choices, saving time and money.
Even after closing he continued to provide advice and information on contractors and service providers for the house. We would work with Chris again the future.

Chris is an amazing realtor. He helped us purchase a condo. He managed all the details for us and helped us along the way. His knowledge about construction helped us understand repairs and updates we needed. He has a list of trusted resources to help us select contractors for work that needs to be done. When we call or text him, he always responds quickly. We will used Chris again when we are ready to put our house up for sale to move to the condo.
