Just going from a Verizon store to Keegan was night and day . No sales tactics, no pressure just good honest advice as well as service . I write this review 2 weeks later as he took time out of his day to call and confirm I got all eligible incentives/rewards available during the easy, stress free switch in service providers . Outstanding work Keegan ! As a consumer you are setting a standard that is impossible to beat.”

“Right from the get-go when I called number to see if they would be able to service my specific issue with my Mac, Amara was very kind, friendly and understanding and explained everything exceptionally well.

Then when I went to actually go into the shop, the shop was very clean, well represented and Amara was at the front counter with the same bubbly energy and willingness to help kind of attitude. She informed me of how the whole process would work, what the exact pricing and fees are, and even informed me of a recall for my specific laptop that I wasn't aware of. I decided to not go with the recall program because I still needed my laptop for immediate use for online college courses.

I left my laptop with them for my speakers and battery to be repaired and in less than 2 days they had my laptop all set and ready to go.

Viviano was the service manager. He did an excellent job of explaining things as well and he also exhibited a high level of knowledge and excellent customer service.

My experience with Capital Macintosh has been great to say the least and I would go to him for any further issues or repairs that I may have with any of my Mac products! 5/5 stars 😁”
