The front office is always very helpful with any situation I bring to Docs. Diagnostic testing is very quick compared to other garages. Tires are a big part of every vehicle and typically they can have whatever size in stock within a day or two for the same price if not better. Customer service is always top notch

Thaer and the whole group do an awesome job. Fantastic communication is always. They are always on top of it and make it into a very smooth process. This is the only place that any of our vehicles are serviced. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience and service. Had issues with my wife's Elantra transmission and couldn't get an appointment to even check it out from the local dealership for a week and half. Brought it to Doc's and they analyzed the problem, made the repair, did a complete evaluation of the condition of the vehicle and returned it to us in two days - better than new.
If you need any work done on your vehicle there is no better place to go. Honest, professional and dependable.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this shop when my box truck’s engine belt ripped unexpectedly. They were the only shop in the area I could find, and they took me in right away. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though I wasn’t sure they typically handle box trucks, they not only installed a new engine belt for me, but they also did it for free and even topped up my antifreeze without charging a dime. They really went above and beyond out of pure kindness.

Our radiator gave out on a Friday afternoon drive from Detroit area to the west side of the state. I was standing at a coffee shop trying to think of what we could do.
I just randomly called Doc’s hoping they could at least work us in to top off the fluid and help us get home.
Thaer, Jon and Boyd went above and beyond. They disrupted their own schedules to help us out 2 hours before closing.
Just like that we were on our way back to our weekend getaway.
This shop doesn’t just do great work , provide a 3 YEAR WARRANTY (good at shops across the country) they are wonderful people.

I have a high mileage 2014 Subaru Forester that had odd transient starting problems that were not generating engine fault codes and hard to locate body rattles. I am also an amateur mechanic and failed finding them. Bothbof these are hard problems. I first took the car to Williams Subaru thinking dealer knows best. Well, they sent me on 3 trips of wild part replacements that did nothing and would have cost $5k in shop that i did and cost me over $1k in parts. Yikes. Major fail. I decided to try Doc's. Doc's crew charged a reasonable diagnostic fee, found both issues, fixed them economically, and then gave me good advice with patience to help me uderstand how to avoid repetition (high mileage car) Trust me, these guys are good and honest. Give them a chance. You will not regret it.

A few weeks ago I became a first time customer on the recommendation from some coworkers that told me “Docs is the best”. That statement could not be more true ! I own a 1994 Chrysler Town & Country that needed some TLC , and also holds sentimental value. With an older vehicle , I wanted to find a mechanic that would be honest, appreciate and take care of my car even if that meant forking up a good chunk of change . A few things that stood out was their customer service and detail of information. Because It was a big job, I had follow up questions just to put my mind at ease. Thaer , their customer person was straight forward , honest and answered all of questions on more than one occasion. I truly appreciate that type of service and hospitality. Another thing I appreciated about Docs , is that they send you pictures , detailed descriptions of the work and bullet point estimates electronically. That personally helped me make my decision making so much easier. Thank you Docs Auto , I can say the vehicle is in the best shape it can possibly be in, and I will definitely be back in the future while also recommending you to others . Very grateful for great service 10/10 !

Took a car I was looking at from the BMW dealership from down the road here and had Docs do a used vehicle inspection. They were able to find an expensive repair that the BMW dealership missed. Docs saved us a lot of money and was fantastic to work with. I'm super grateful I had Docs look through vehicle over first.

Car broke down on the freeway, had to get a tow. Randomly found this place on Google and was so impressed. They were super busy but looked at my car right away. Very professional, good communication, all around amazing service. I was taken care of and on my way in under an hour. Highly, highly recommend!!

Top quality service and value! This is the place to go if you are looking for a high quality, locally owned, independent and honest auto repair shop.
They take the time to explain repairs and options available to you. Docs is in the business of keeping your car on the road and creating long lasting customer relationships, not upselling services like some other shops. Definitely check them out!

Can not say enough how much I appreciate Doc's and the amazing staff at the shop. I was severely over quoted at a dealership (like almost $1000) for some work on my exhaust and after talking with Doc's, they estimated the repair at around $300. After a terrible experience with a dealership paying exorbitant diagnostic fees, Doc's was able to get me set up for my repair in under 10 minutes and for even less than the estimated price.
Thaer was so helpful and supportive through the whole process and I will be using Doc's for any and all of my future automotive needs!

Thayer is great at explaining your vehicle, and your situation.. I really felt like I knew what my options were because we're tight on money.. In vehicle repair this is everything you want in a repair shop.. Fair pricing (fully explained) I felt very comfortable with my repair process here. It is a stressful situation and a huge investment I felt 8 was given my option integrally . My repairs on both vehicles are spot on solid.. Deffinatly coming back here for all mechanical repairs..
