On June 4th, I came in looking to get an arrangement for my son’s teacher for the last week of school to make her day special. Heather stepped right in and helped me to find the perfect gift! “Called in about getting a display sword repaired. Arrived at the store an hour after the call, the man (wish I would have got his name!!) helped with the issue and even explained how to go about the repairs if needed to be done again. Also gave me a sleeve to carry it out as I didnt have one. Have been a customer before but I felt a review was needed for this, as this was beyond amazing customer. service. They also have a great selection of different anime merch, figures and posters.”
