I highly recommend Lee Stevenson for his exceptional customer service. He knows his customers by name and works diligently to make them happy. I brought my Honda in after an incident, and Lee was super attentive, I had filed a claim with my auto insurance and Lee took the initiative and worked with my insurance to settle the issue. He talked directly with the adjuster and made sure everything ran smoothly. He did all of this without hesitation. He maintained a constant line of communication with my insurance as well as myself. He went above and beyond to make sure things were made perfect. Not only did he do all of that, he made sure the adjuster documented all the issues that the adjuster initially missed. He followed up with the adjuster and had an amendment made with my insurance company once he saw the adjuster had made a mistake, this was way more than I ever would have expected and it was a huge relief!You really can't go wrong with this place, and Lee is the best, he will continue to have my business and I will go no where else. This is what true customer service and care looks like. Lee is the true definition of exceptional customer service!

I took my 2017 Honda in because I was informed it need a software update. I was then told the car needed a new transmission, which Honda would provide at no cost. Two weeks later, I was told the car did not, after all, need a new transmission and that it had been cleared by the Honda mechanic, who is apparently not on site. Ten days later, the transmission died in the middle of the road. I fear to think what would have happened if I had been on the highway. I had it towed back to Honda. They gave me a loaner and replaced the transmission. A few months later, I took the car in for an inspection at another mechanic. The bolt on the steering wheel was loose, a consequence of a shoddy installation of the transmission. I would not trust this dealer.

Aug 28 Saturday stop by for a oil service . Service drive empty . No customer at all . Service advisor say they are fully booked . This place is a joke !!!! Don't come here !!!!! Take your business elsewhere.

I've had to have some things fixed on my car. Jake is my go to person. Sometimes he fixes a problem before it has to go in for service. He's awesome. I get great service there and they are very thoughtful when I come there. I think they've give me fair prices. I used to think they were so expensive there but but I've found the same prices elsewhere. Might as well go to the experts.
