“The BBK team is amazing every time I go in. Jamie was very knowledgeable when my husband and I came to the store to pick out my engagement ring. She helped us understand different types of settings, cuts, etc., to lead us to my perfect ring. The team was also very patient and careful when I was deciding what wedding band I wanted. They offer a very low-pressure and peaceful environment, which is not always the case in the jewelry business. You cannot beat their customer service, they truly take care of their customers and make sure they're happy. I couldn't recommend them more!”
