The place was clean and well kept. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My kid's birthday party was hosted in the Huron Room and everyone had a great time!

Bring extra money for the Arcades is a rule of thumb whenever coming here.
The lines can get long but on days like today [ Sunday ] there was no line.
Tons of fun here. I never knew how much energy it took to jump on trampolines. Time goes both slow and fast and never lacking in enjoyment. Trust me, you and your kids will love it here.

I had a party for my 7-year-old and nearly 30 other children and some of their parents. We had the mezzanine, jumping, laser tag and arcade. The kids loved the party and had fun non-stop! Setting up the party was a breeze thanks to the help and attention of the staff. Haliegh was an attentive host during the party, and her supervisor, Heather, got in touch with me early after my booking to take care of the logistics. Matt the local manager was very friendly and hard-working. He worked with me to help me make the event provide all of what the children wanted while still managing my costs. I sincerely thank the staff for all their hard work. I look forward to working with you soon for my other child's birthday party!

Today we had our daughters 6th birthday at launch, and we had a blast! Everyone was pleasantly surprised how well it was handled, Preston was a great host! Very attentive, and always available to help us with anything, he even played with the kids, which I wasn't expecting but very glad he did, as I wasn't able to jump. Only thing we would have different is that everything wasnt at our pace, kids were hungry before the 90 minutes of jump time and then after eating they wanted to jump again, I wish that we could have the room and food available when we wanted too during the whole event, I understand not wanting kids to throw up on the trampolines but 6 year olds are more of a eat and run age group lol either way we will probably be back for a birthday party in the future! And even just a family day of fun!

I felt like we were in prison. Not allowed to have my purse, my phone, coats or any other belongings. They said “rent a locker, for a dollar,” however, EVERYTIME YOU OPEN THE LOCKER ITS ANOTHER DOLLAR! I had 4 kids with me so I’d guess that would be about an extra $40, with them needing drinks of their water (which also isn’t allowed). The employees had attitude and my kids had a terrible time because they treated them like crap, after they found out they were my kids. I wasn’t about to leave my kids water bottles unattended, in the “acceptable area” for other kids to slime on. I didn’t allow my kids to have their water in the restricted areas, but they still tried to force me to leave them in a totally different, unsupervised area and I wouldn’t. If they have lids and they’re not being opened on the trampoline area, then what’s the issue? Total waste of money and time. $100 for 20 mins of no fun at all.

Good experience. Kids had fun. Just too expensive. If we are bringing multiple kids to their establishment for a party there should be a discount involved.

We had a birthday party for my nephew at the beginning of February. It was amazing! Our party coordinator, Max, was so attentive and helpful. He knew what we needed before we did, and was so willing to help with a last minute guest shuffle. Highly, highly recommend Launch for a hassle-free party.

My son played games at the arcade and the last game he played wasn't working but it took his credits. He was devastated (he's 6) but the manager, Jerry, more than made it right! I was hoping to just get the credits returned to the card but Jerry gave my son free play on the game so he could "win". It completely turned my son's night around from being completely ruined (remember he's 6) to being awesome. The entire crew at Launch is great but special shout out to Jerry!
