“The service at the Okemos location was fantastic. Drop off and pick up were quick and easy and my formal dress came back clean and pressed. The turn around time was as promised. Super convenient and at a reasonable price.”

“I had a fantastic customer experience with Zoom Express Laundry. I had some specific and quite stressful circumstances, requiring an urgent service wash, and the fantastic staff at Zoom Express talked me through everything on the phone, helped me with the online form, and then did the job just wonderfully for a fair price. We were so happy with the kindness, friendliness and service here.”

“There are a wide variety of Washers. Lots of large washers. Top dryers work better than the bottom ones. Staff is friendly. Staff is always cleaning and tidying up constantly. One of the safer places to be knowing I can bring my kids and the elder there.”
“I’d like to add to my review that everyone who works here is great but Steph and Jamie are some awesome ladies!
We just started brining our dry cleaning here and are very pleased with the quality and customer service!”
“First time using Best Cleaners to have my winter jacket cleaned. I highly recommend this business. Owners are very kind and went above and beyond by fixing my zipper on my jacket without any additional high fees. My coat that I’ve had for 6yrs now looks brand new again. Thank you Best Cleaners! :)”
“Joyce saved the day! She was so incredibly helpful and allowed me to get my son’s suit in time for prom. I would give 10 stars if I could! Always amazing service.”
“5 star service always at Baryames / South Lansing. From the friendly greeting, to the text message that tells you your items are ready. Always an excellent choice.”
“The office I work at uses Sohn Linen Service and I sometimes deal directly with their deliveries and workers. They are an excellent company with terrific customer service. Kirk is great. He's very on top of things and keeps orders running smoothly. Linens are clean and packaged nicely as well. Very easy to work with and definitely reliable people. Great job!”
“Truly appreciate that Jennifer, manager of the Frandor store, caught an over-charge on our most recent order and had it corrected later that morning. Her customer service skills are over-the-top (as are those of the other employees who also work with her at that location).”
“The staff was very generous with helping me when one of the machines was faulty, and the woman inspecting the drums found my pajama pants! I wouldn't have even known they were missing if she wasn't actively checking for lost items. #SpinTheDrum”
“Not many know that MSU has this business.
Spartan Linen Services provides 3 main services:
1. Cloth/linen laundry (for MSU departments only)
2. Linen rental (table dining linen, napkins, and more) - (for MSU departments only)
3. Retail (apparel store, customize apparel, embroidery service) (for public)”
“What a cute laundry. Run by I think an older couple, well maintained and always clean. Way nicer than the laundromat around the corner.
Closest bicycle parking is at taco bell”
“I went in not knowing what I was doing. The payment system is a little complicated. However, Rey came from behind the counter and walked me through each step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I was there to wash all of my nephew's clothes. It was move in day. This kid came from absolutely nothing and his clothes made the entire dorm room smell like smoke and dingy trailer. She really helped us out and shared an amazing trick that I did not know about, vinegar! Clothes came out smelling so fresh!
All of the machines are brand new. If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Please say hi to Rey for me :-)”
“This place is a hidden gem, run by a super nice elderly gentlemen who takes great pride is his work. After getting fed up with the high prices of Baryames, I found holt cleaners and have never been happier.”
“I had a coat altered there with very good results a few years ago. Now I use them for routine dry cleaning and have been happy with the results. Looking forward to seeing them get back to regular business hours.”

“The only cleaners that clean shower curtains and curtains for windows. The price and turn around time was reasonable. I would use them again and would recommend them.”

“Marigold and Haley were the absolute best at Baryames in Okemos! Our WHITE comforter came back with two small blue stains on it and they worked repeatedly to make sure it was stain free and perfect. Thank you so much for persevering! It is gorgeous and like new.”
