This place is not a safe place to take your children. They neglect to call in prescriptions they gave my 11 month old a wrong dose for an antibiotic. Thank God the pharmacy caught onto this called and reported it heard nothing back receptionist cussed me out, and most likely kept her job threatened me as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They hardly call back when you leave a message for the nurse or not at all. They forget prescriptions all the time. I never received a call back from the nurse practitioner about the wrong dosage for my child to get clarification, so I got treatment at a local urgent care rather than going here for treatment and was a completely different treatment plan. Also, was told that antibiotic prescribed was not usually the antibiotic they give for the issue she had. And once again, not to mention the disgusting treatment you get from the front desk.

I have had a good experience here every time. All of the staff has been great. A clean and safe environment. We have a baby that is seen by Dr. Brouilette and he’s been wonderful since the first appointment!

I liked my doctor but it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office which makes it so hard to get a prescription refill that you NEED. Would not recommend this office at all. Also forgot to mention how they constantly mess up bills and don’t respond to anyone (insurance provider, main McLaren billing office) to get it fixed. They also don’t ever call to schedule appointments even when the doctor says they will. My husband had an appointment that got canceled and they said they’d call him back to reschedule but they never did. Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I've had to use this office for about two years, and it is awful. First, it's nearly impossible to speak with anyone by phone without waiting 10+ minutes on hold, unless you get lucky. Second, they are never able to make an appointment within a reasonable time. Unless you are only looking for periodic check ups and can schedule far in advance, this place is near-worthless. We had countless issues with them getting prescriptions issues correctly, and you can imagine having to call to figure it out was a huge pain in the side. On top of that, the staff is rude and always in a rush. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Doctor is friendly, mindful, and caring of me and my overall wellness both physically and mentally(I’m very grateful). Been a patient here for many years. Only complaint I have is staff, not all staff, but good portion seem unmotivated and tend to “drag their feet”. I don’t want to generalize the entire staff as this depicted image because there are kind/phenomenal staff members working here as well. Unfortunately, negative experiences tend to stick more than positive ones. Personally I will continue to be a patient regardless.

My experience with Doctor Brouilette was great. He was very kind and always my answered questions. However, I have really bad experience with the receptionist or the person responsible for releasing my health information when I moved cities and wanted to change the clinic. Once the Mclaren office received the health release authorization form, I was told by the receptionist that the actual transfer of documents will take 2 weeks!! I have changed clinics before, and it’s usually been done on the same day or the next day. I am writing this review mainly because I mentioned that my child has a health condition that needs immediate attention, and it is preventing my child and I from sleeping at night. The receptionist said that she will make a note and inform the concerned personbut the transfer was not down one week after. I made a couple of calls during the week, and I believe they really intend on waiting for the whole 2 weeks before transferring the records! They simply did not care about the health situation of my child! Not to mention the amount of time I wasted calling and reminding them in the middle of my work day or the stress I experienced since I could not help my child get better!!To anyone who is considering this clinic, please note that the staff at the clinic are not helpful in case you have an emergency situation like mine.

Even after our numerous request(fax and calls) from two weeks. Its impossible to make medical record transfer of our infant from here to another clinic.We loved our Doctor here but few staffs are lazy.

Great staff, Dr. Mookerjee is both caring and wise. Front staff greets you with a smile and everyone seem to value your time.

We see Dr. Brouillette and he's amazing! Always willing to answer our questions and help us with any issues or concerns. His medical assistant Neish is also amazing! She so caring and gentle with our kids! Dr. Watson is also a very caring doctor. Yes sometimes they run out of some shots but its hard to transport vaccines when it's -15 out, at least for us.
