Had a wonderful experience buying a new vehicle for my wife. The sales staff was knowledgeable and able to help us find exactly what we were looking for even when it involved bringing a car from a different dealership to get what we wanted. All in all a great experience and we will be back in the future for our next vehicle purchase.

Visiting from out of state for a funeral and to see Michigan. I got my car stuck in a pile of snow right out front and somehow killed the battery. Kayla, Dominic, and one of the service techs were incredibly kind and helped jump the car while we waited for a tow truck.
Huge shout-out to Dominic in particular he was super helpful and went out of his way to assist. Really appreciated the kindness during a stressful moment.
Still surprised the Ford dealership didn’t have a truck available to pull me out, though and I even offered cash. Oh well. Not ford tough enough I guess. If I had my Toyota Highlander it would’ve been different 😅

Had a great experience here. I’ve had some non-pleasant experiences at dealerships with the outdated sales tactics and “need to speak to my manager” talk that goes on for hours. I went in there with a trade in, they gave me what I asked for it (I did my research prior, and had a reasonable trade-in price), and they even matched a financing approval rate I had from my local bank to make the process even easier. No back and forth. Almost seemed a little too easy! Abel was great to work with and made sure everything was good even after a few days of driving the new (to me) truck. Love my TRX!

Bought a new Ranger. If you have any questions get them answered before you buy. After you buy they will ignore you. I have been 4 days trying to get someone to answer some questions. I don't understand why people can't return calls they have a phone permanently attached to their hands.

I purchased a ford explore Platinum from Merril ford, that was sold to Morrie’s. I also purchased an extended warranty from them. Bumper to bumper because of the electrical technology in this truck. When there was an issue they said it wasn’t covered, but could not show me a copy of the contract, my bad. Because I failed to look to see if I had a copy. But on the sales agreement was a $2800 extended warranty on the sales records. When a head light went out they wanted $2000.00 to replace it. And they said I did not buy that level of coverage. They couldn’t show me what coverage I bought. Also they had a recall for more than a year on a defective backup camera. Which they couldn’t fix. I had a tire pressure sensor failure. Said it wasn’t covered. When I was at the service counter to get it fixed they found another bad sensor. Again, not covered.
So I paid to get 2 of them fixed for over $200.00. Another tire sensor alarm went off on the same tire that they had replaced on my dime. A manager came to me and said they had made a mistake and that the tire sensor was covered on my extended warranty. What a mess. I got a credit, but they made me put it on my ford service credit account. Rather than a refund. Complete BS. The credit is still there. I have since sold this truck.
I would never do business with them ever.
I tried to buy a new ford Platinum from them. But never got a call back from any sales representative.
I tried to buy a Lincoln, but they all had recalls and said they couldn’t sell them at the time. So I just bought a GV70. And I am happy so far.
Would not recommend them for sales or service.
As a matter of fact. I will never buy another Ford product ever.
After owning 4 new fords.

Abel and team at Okemos Ford did a great job! Vehicle in great shape and process was seamless. Traveled 1hr 30min and everything was taken care of when I arrived. Took less than a hour to sign everything and drive off

Abel was great to work with! He was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly - which was really helpful as a first-time car buyer. The rest of the staff were very nice as well. I'd definitely recommend!
