I've been using TechSmith's Snagit software for years and found it very helpful. Recently I encountered a problem and contacted customer service. The were not only helpful in solving my problem but noticed I had overpaid for something and offered a refund. They went beyond the call of duty!

I've used Snagit and Camtasia for over 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE IT! They have Great tutorial videos too!
