They have VERY good customer service. I took my wedding dress in and they were able to get it altered within a month! And they are very affordable for the work they do. I would recommend this place big time for any alterations you need.

I had a Great Experience! The shop is in Meijer on the 2nd floor. I got my pants hemmed. It was a great turn around time and my pants felt great and looked great!

Sonny does an amazing job with tailoring pants and dress shirts and has tailored all of my daughters prom and homecoming dresses. Very reasonably prized and does a great job!

I have had two different suits tailored here, both last minute occasions. I needed pant hemming and cuff shortening. The tailor was able to finish them in a few days, and I was very satisfied with the work done. The prices weren't bad, especially considering the service.Services: Suit tailoring

I have a skirt Unique Tailor was unable to tailor correctly! Instead of refusing the job they led me to believe they could alter the skirt. At first, when he could see I was not fully satisfied with the work he offered to restore it back to where it was before being altered. I already had been back twice before. At the time, I was not sure what to do because I really liked the skirt so I said I will take it home and decide and then get back to you. I was thinking of getting a second opinion from the seamstress who altered my daughters wedding dress, but she has since moved out of state. I called Unique Taylor back after the Labor Day weekend and left a message asking for a refund, but did not receive a call back. Then when I called yesterday and asked for my money back, they refused! They refused even refunding half of the money back! They said too much time was spent on it. Well, if they knew what they were doing, I would not have had to drive in from out of town, more than once, wasting my gas and time as well!

Sonny is amazing. We have been taking things to him for years but he just took care of 2 wedding dresses for my daughter. She wore both her grandma’s dress and my dress at her wedding this past weekend. Sonny used his skill and talent and…the dresses fit her like they were her own! I waited until the last minute to have my bridesmaid dress shortened and was scrambling to find someone who could perform the service within a few days. I messaged this place, and Sonny reached out to me early the next morning, and asked me to come in before the store even opened.
