Made it to the Okemos Verizon tonight right after work. Glad I did. Manager Andrew greeted me w a smile and made me not worry about it being around the time they close. He steered my in the right direction on my decisions for my home internet. Great experience, by far the best one I’ve had in a Verizon store ..and I’m a 20+year Verizon customer.

After having a very frustrating time trying to use my Verizon gift card to pay down my monthly cell bill online, I finally went to the wireless zone Verizon store in Okemos, Michigan and was immediately greeted by Nolan. Nolan promptly understood my problem and we sat down and in a matter of minutes, the gift card was applied to my account. Many thanks to Nolan and to the entire crew at the wireless zone Verizon store in Okemos. This isn’t the first time I’ve had great service there.

Terrell was one of the kindest sales associates i’ve ever talked to. He was so incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make sure i walked out of the store with my phones sim card fixed. A+ service!!

Nolan was a delight to work with; knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. I was way overdue for a new phone, but after negative experiences at both another Verizon store and the Apple Store, I was reluctant to try again. Nolan was patient, no pressure and helped me get exactly what I wanted for the best value. 10/10, highly recommend.

Terrell was amazing! He assisted my whole family in upgrading our phones and assessing our future bill. He spent about 2 hours with us, answering questions, transferring data, and putting on our screen protectors all at the same time!

The service went above and beyond. I came in last minute to trade in a phone and he (Terrell) was nice enough to unlock the door, as he was closing up, and allowed me to explain the situation. He was more than happy to assist me and get my situation resolved. Went above and beyond the standard of what I envision Verizon service to be. 🙌

You should come to this verizon location instead of the Grand River Okemos location.
This verizon location is helpful and cares about the customer.
It’s sad that the grand river location gets so much traffic, while this location was empty. This location deserves so many more customers.
