This is a small little spot nothing fancy but the waffles are sooo good. It was a first time visit so of course I wanted to try a savory and a sweet waffle and both exceeded my expectations. The croquet madame was perfect it had a small sweet waffle with the savory ham and egg..yum! I also got the caramalized banana waffle. the waffle was not sweet but it was light and crispy which was perfect bc u had the sweet cream, chocolate drizzle and banana. Service is a bit slow but you forget with the 1st bite. Not a everyday place but definitely a fun treat once in a while!

My sister comes here every time she visits us and I finally got to try it - so GOOD. Staff/owner are very kind, and the sweets are so good!

The food is good, we were the first of 3 families to order today, it has 30 minutes and we have not gotten our food, we ordered 2 waffles. Food was not filling at all, not worth $7 for a very light “authentic” waffle. Will not be going again.

We had a wonderful experience at Yello Waffle! 🧇✨ The service was incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. There was a bit of a wait, but we weren’t in a rush, and it was absolutely worth it—the food was delicious! 🍴😊 Highly recommend for a cozy and satisfying meal.

They were busy when we stopped by, but the staff were all nice and orders were processed efficiently. We got ours to go, but there’s plenty of seating and a kids’ area with toys for the littles!
Food was delicious, especially the housemade cream.

Friendly and attentive service from owner and staff. Cute, immaculately clean space. Most importantly, absolutely delicious waffles and espresso drinks! Fun treat for the whole family that will become part of our regular rotation.

This is genuinely the best breakfast place I have ever been to. I absolutely love the waffle with egg and bacon. It is actually the best thing in okemos.

Kid-friendliness: There was a toy area and a little table, didn't have my kids with me this time, but they'd love this place.

Best waffle ever! While enjoying this treat, I occasionally come across those little sugar crystal bits and they’re absolutely delightful. They add such a nice crunch and burst of sweetness—definitely the highlight!

Probably the best chai latte I've ever had. It had a really nice flavor. I had just eaten lunch, so I didn't order food, but they gave me a waffle to try and it was absolutely amazing. I will be coming back!
