Had an emergency repair situation at the start of a roadtrip and King's Auto Service was the nearest auto shop. They fit us into their busy schedule and repaired the car with speed and care, at a fair price. These guys are excellent & professional.

My daughter had car problems on I-69 and just happened to pull off the highway in Olivet. I googled local service stations and found Kings. I called and talked to Kyle, he was kind enough to go and get the car and limped it back to his service station. We kept the car at King's until they were able to get it fixed. They could have really taken advantage of us in this situation, but they were very professional and fair. It's refreshing to know that there are still some good, honest people in the world. They failed to inform me of my door panel breaking in their care when they fixed my window. I called them back asking what happened bc when I dropped it off it was in one piece. This got me banned from their shop bc THEY never told me it broke on them! Kyle acted like I was in the wrong, not the shop....... If that’s how they treat newer customers then they shouldn’t be in business. I’ve have taken both my vehicles there once prior to this. Never again.Service: Body & Trim
