Great group here, I had hit a deer and was recommended to them by friends of mine. I dropped the car off there in the middle of the night (by tow truck as the car was totalled and undriveable). Rick got ahold of me the next day just to discuss insurance details, anytime he had any contact with my insurance company he got ahold of me right after to let me know how the process was going in case they hadn't gotten ahold of me. Because it was totaled I didn't end up needing work done. However, based on his level of professionalism and attention to customer care if I ever have another issue I will be bringing my vehicles here. Thanks for the help!
