I like how this office can't keep track of packages and repeatedly ships parcels to the wrong facilities. How did 3 things show up in Kalamazoo at the same thing but somehow only 2 things made it to Olivet but yet all 3 items couldn't be tracked passed Kalamazoo.

Oh gosh I love the girls that are there right now they are so nice and helpful. You all make a great team! Hope to keep seeing your smiling faces I drive to you instead of a different post office just because how your service is wich is great and your knowledge of the store and getting my things mailed out. Thanks ladies
