On Saturday I went to Brewbakers to have them look at my furnace. I had bought my Coleman travel trailer from Camping World so I was not sure what to expect. I could not be happier. I have spent a month in Michigan glamping at my Dad's and freezing at night. I am very toasty now. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much.

Best customer service for parts I’ve experienced while traveling across the country, from Jackie Moore at Brewbaker’s RV, who was diligent in tracking down the correct new, replacement part for one that was discontinued by Grand Design, for our 2018 Solitude RV. Jackie was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and most helpful throughout the process to get us the correct part we needed, within the short time we were traveling in the area. We have bought more than one trailer from Jeremy at Brewbakers and have always had a great experience. This time we contacted him for help with our awning, a small part broke and the maker of the awning wanted us to purchase a 50.00 gas shock when we only needed a very small part that threaded onto the shock. We called Jeremy and he found the part we needed and sent it to us the same day. That means a lot to us not only great trailers but the very best customer service.

We brought our camper in for repairs because a storm ripped the mounting brackets to our awning off. The awning itself was fine, the issue was that they don't make the mounting brackets anymore so we have to have everything replaced. 1st red flag - the called and said that everything was done and ready to be picked up but there was a hole in the new awning. Our original awning didn't even have a hole in it, so I asked that they order a new awning. They suddenly got a very poor attitude with me and acted like it was normal for new awnings to have a hole in them. 2nd red flag - we get the call that everything is done (again) and when we got there (we have to drive 100 miles round trip), the whole thing was wrong. The arms to the awning were the incorrect color, the awning was the incorrect color, and they wanted to argue because their service person wrote the invoice incorrect. 3rd red flag - When we told them it was incorrect, all of the service technicians started talking poorly about us in the lot (not knowing I was sitting there and could hear them) saying all sorts of things. They also said that they ordered the color that they wanted because the color we wanted wouldn't look right. After they've already had our camper for over a month, suddenly they will have to have it for another 2-4 weeks to order the new parts that should have been ordered in the first place. One cancelled camping trip and one up in the air now, I will NEVER recommend Brewbakers to any of my friends or family ever again. We will be going elsewhere. Very VERY dissatisfied with the service that we received.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Anyone who enjoys the outdoors, but prefers a little comfort while "out there" must make a point of visiting this place before their next outing. Their selection is huge, and their prices are SUPER competitive. I enjoy stopping here just to look at the different models.

Do people actually work here? NOT 1 person asked to help us. I went inside 3 times. Nobody around to help. Finally went to parts department and asked if they had a list of trailers with prices and availability and was told NO. Advised me to go online and print it. I said items were not updated and item was not here that I came for, response, yeah, that happens. Asked her if she could print so I know what item was selling for, she said no. What the hell happened to customer service ?.? There was none at this brewbakers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I cannot express overall how happy we are with Brewbaker’s. I would give way above a 5 star rating if possible. They have gained a lifetime customer and we will do nothing but refer customers their way. We purchased a cougar from them (not our first RV) and the buying experience with Jeremy was great. Once we took delivery (they delivered it to our site!), we noticed a factory defect of delaminating on one of our slide panels, as well as a blemish in the factory front cap paint. Sam was exceptional with customer service, as well as the service manager. He assured us this would be corrected. The manufacturer was not the easiest to deal with but Sam and Brewbaker’s took care of us and handled Keystone. All in all they kept our happiness and satisfaction as a priority. The repair required Brewbaker’s to pick up our unit and deliver it again. Alex was amazing and took great care of our unit and ensured we were happy with the positioning of our unit when delivered taking his time. They have completed a large repair and our unit looks better than new. The quality of work was amazing. It is great to see that customer service does exist in this world as most places don’t care at all. This is NOT the case with Brewbaker’s, they have exceptional customer service and should be proud of what service they provide. The entire team at Brewbaker’s is amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Purchased a used 18ft camper a couple years ago A+ place. Going back and doing it again this year. Going alittle bigger this time. I guess I like camping more than I thought. And I have all the confidence that they will help me out. It's what they do. ?

We just purchased our second RV from Brewbaker's Housing & RV a couple of weeks ago. I cannot say enough positive things about the team ( Jeremy, Sam, Sue, Sage, Brett) of employees there who take care of you and treat you like family. It took us a little while to finally decide to upgrade and during that time there was no pushy phone calls, emails saying the deal that was offered was about to expire etc. Just think about it, and when you are ready to make a change come and see us and we will make it happened. We live over two hours away from the dealership and I will tell you that it is worth the drive because of the customer service that is provided. If you are looking to purchase an RV in the future it is worth the trip to Onaway and see for yourself.

Everytime I need anything for my RV service or parts, I go here and haven't been disappointed. Today's another great example of their hometown service at their winterize event. The tech Cory who did the service was thorough, friendly and more than helpful. Best $80 you can spend! As always everyone was great.

Brewbaker's has been our go-to for supplies and they also winterized our RV this fall and RV's my husband had in the past. They will let you stay and teach you during the winterizing process. Very interesting, but nothing he feels comfortable doing alone yet. Let the experts do what they do best.
