Very good experience here. Fast and friendly service and fair rates. Diagnosed the problem with my exhaust, had it fixed and out the door in under an hour.

While traveling through the area my tire picked up a screw and began to go flat. I called Prow’s Tire as a result of a Google search, and they said they had time to look at it. I was able to make it there before it went flat, and they were able to fix the tire. I was in and out in less than a half hour! Great job! And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg either!Service: Tires

Was camping in the area a few years back and left front wheel bearing when out on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. He worked me in and changed it. The job was done cheaper then it would have been done where I live.

I have taken my car to Gary Prow ever since I started coming up to northern Michigan. I first went there about eight years ago for a couple of relatively small issues. Since then I've gone back 8 to 12 additional times with numerous vehicles for any number of different kinds of repairs, and Gary and his team of professionals have always completed the job very quickly and very professionally and very competitively priced. I continue to trust my automobiles care to Gary and his team. And I have no reservation recommending that everybody else does the same. They are very trustworthy and very prompt and very reliable.

Stopped in for a coolant leak and was quoted $1,400 for the repair. Was told $900 would be for parts. Decided to try another repair shop and the leak was fixed for $365. The part cost $22. It's a shame how some repair shops try to take advantage of people!
