Staff member named Berty was very rude and unprofessional and not very knowledgeable about coogan accounts. Another branch led me to this office for this kind of account. I was disappointed to say the least for wasted gas, time, & energy.

This place has gone downhill in the last few months. Most of the staff have a terrible attitude. Are rude and not helpful. Went in yesterday and got major attitude from David. Tim and Shala are always great

David Welch was great! I needed help with some forms for my business account and he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of even though I came in 15 minutes before they closed for the day. He faxed my forms to the corporate office for me and told me next steps to take and said to call him if I had any issues. He was fantastic!I only gave 4 stars because I called the branch 10 times trying to speak with someone and no one ever answered my call. I arrived there only to find out there were no notaries on staff at that location and I had to drive another 20 minutes to the next location for that service.

This location is not properly staffed. They rarely answer their phones, notary’s not available when needed, they have difficulty with basic transactions..I’m a real estate investor I need to do wires, finance big projects, etc. I bought a house last week, and closing on another house tomorrow and can’t communicate with anybody unless I drive down there and wait in line. And four out of five times, the person I talk to you can’t help me…The worst part about all this, is that I’m seeing several people review this bank over a year ago with the same issues and they are not being addressed.I am going to consider using other banks, as we are not appreciated/recognized there.*****And I see that you immediately replied, saying that you’re going to send this info to your leader ship team. That’s the same message you sent to several people in the last year and nothing has been done….******

Bank of America opened an account in my middle name and a previous last name on Dec 3. I called the same day and it took me three hours to get through their automated system (which kept hanging up on me because I didn't have an account number) - at the same time I received notices that the email address on the account had been changed and that online banking had been set up -Once I got through to their customer service, they stated they had placed a service ticket and closed the account and I would receive notification in 10 days in writing that the account had been closed.I locked down my credit bureaus, tried to track down the breach that put my SSN out there and waited. Nothing. I tried for another week after that to get in touch with anyone there to verify in writing the account had been closed and someone wasn't using my SSN to pass bad checks or launder money - nothing. I filed a CFPB complaint and they have 60 days to respond...Do you know how much damage can be done in 60 days?Bank of America didn't even run a credit report prior to opening this account and didn't verify any ID - or address - and if they didn't verify or run credit, how can I prevent accounts from being opened up elsewhere? I can't. I am absolutely crushed.

I needed to make a wire transfer and now I'm informed that I have to make an appointment for said thing. They literally had four people standing around doing nothing in the bank and the manager Ian Welch said they couldn't do anything without an appointment. Unbelievable. I will be severing my relationship with Bank of America and Merrill

Tried calling this location for days every hour with no answer to make an appointment to get a document notarized. Since there was no answer I stopped in and was told I need an appointment. LOL I told them YOU have to answer the phone so we can make appointments. They told me next available was 2 hours away for a 2 minute deal. The notary was a teller and could have done the paperwork at the teller station but nope. Terrible customer service.

I’m rating this business a 1 star because I called to ask a question on my unemployment card and the lady gave me an attitude, pretty much told me she couldn’t help me and to call an associate then never gave me a number and hung up. She works for the business, I have an account through unemployment with Bank of America so they should be able to answer why my card was being declined with $250 on it. Definitely need new customer service people. Terrible service. Wish I got her name.

I came in to close my account today, on March 13, 2021. I was early and was enthusiastically greeted by a very professional and friendly gentleman by the name of Max Jackson. He was very polite, extraordinarily friendly and ridiculously easy to work with. Thank you for making this as easy as possible, Max. Amazing customer service.
