Rude. Literally not one person in the bank and they would not open our business account. Said the banker had an appointment coming. Okay, but there are 2 bankers so the other could not do anything? Oh yeah, he was leaning against a wall talking to the tellers and giving customers attitude. No offer to call another branch to see if they had availability, no apologies, just rude. Your customer service skills suck.

Monday, 6/20/23.Forgot about the bank holiday and stopped by this bank. Approaching from the back, I hit a HUGE hole in the pavement with a drain cover on. Well, had spinal surgery a month prior and I thought I was done for when I hit the hole! It's a horrid mess and must be dealt with! befor!someone else is hurt!

I am not happy with their customer service. I have a few accounts, including business account, with JP/chase. I simply asked them to notarize a letter, and they gave me the runaround in ways that was totally unnecessary. I ended up easily scheduling with a notary to a different bank with no problem. I do not recommend use of this branch.

This branch is the best Chase branch ever. I have been with Chase for close to 18 years.As a Chase Private Client I feel valued here. I wish I could give 6 stars for the work and Customer Obsession that Kieffer Donnelly exhibits.

This Chase branch has the worst customer service. On three different occasions I have had a negative experience. First, we went in to open an account and when we got home we looked in the folder the account rep gave us and someone else's personal documents were inside with all of their information. He must have picked it up off the printer and sent it home with us. Second time, we had to visit three branches because this one and the second one we tried did not get our issue resolved. Third time, we were dismissed as soon as we walked in like we were unimportant and they were too busy because of Covid and being short-handed that they told us they were too booked to offer us an appointment. Did not even put us on a waiting list for a cancellation or call another branch to see if they could help us. What??? This is our money and it is important to us and they could care less!!!!

Current victim of fraud brought in a check for $15,200 from a person in Minnesota sent United States postal service. It was for a company called international paper company which is publicly traded. The check was in my name the teller investigated and found no evidence of that check number. Instead of taking this fraud to the next level with Chase she just dismissed it without any thought for the client. It is poor practice on chase for anyone that is a victim of fraud for a teller to nonchalantly just shrug it off and say I can't find the check number so I assume that it is a fraudulent check. She's therefore said the information did not make sense which should have been a telltale to go to the next level of fraud within Chase with this check to protect the consumer being me it is a shame that the system is broken and people don't care and the chase on Baldwin Road and gentleville Michigan is one of the most non-caring branches there is The only way to make this right is to reboot the whole staff and get rid of every one of them because they don't have time.

My bank for the past 9 years! Stephen & Nicole are great!! Stephen notarized a document for me & was very friendly & professional ! Entire staff is always friendly !!
