always takes forever even with 5 people behind the counter. can’t call and talk to a person, always actually so slow i could pull out my hair one by one and they still wouldn’t be ready to help

If you're going here for passport photos just go across the street to walgreens. They refused to do my 2 year Olds photo because she didn't meet their height requirement. Walgreens did it with no issues and also did a newborns passport photo.

I called and they said they close for lunch at 1:30 and if I arrive before that I can get my meds. I arrive at 1:24 and windows are closed so I ask them it's not 1:30 yet but they pharmacist said yes it is and they're closed. I'm going to Walgreens or Meijer from now on. NOT GIVING YOU MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

I get all my prescriptions at CVS at their drive through pharmacy, never had to wait very long at all.

Do not use this pharmacy for covid or flu testing. Mistake after mistake have been made and we still can't get results. Unbelievable!

I went to pick up prescriptions at this location and was really taken aback by the lack of customer service experienced from the pharmacist. I work with a pharmaceutical company that covers prescription drugs they manufacture and so I called ahead to ask that they fill any prescriptions I have in my list with said company. I was told none of mine today was made by them. Once in store, I asked the lovely pharm assistant to make a note on my account for any future prescriptions to first be filled with the brand from the company I work with to which she had to seek approval from the pharmacist. This is where everything went downhill. The pharmacist pretty much went off and berated me for asking for this request and told me it was too much work and she was not going to search drugs to honour my requests in the future. She told me to tell my doctor to ask for a specific drug company and that she doesn’t have time for this. Wow! Just wow. As a healthcare employee, I was saddened to see that this was the service the public has to receive and equally disappointed that this was the person the lovely pharm assistant had as a boss. Such a shame. I’ll surely be taking my business elsewhere. I’d like to add that after I was told on the phone none of my prescriptions today were made by said company, in person, one of them was in fact and changed when I went to pick them up. Did the pharmacist even check? Anyways, just so there are no questions, the pharmacist in question was the white curly haired elderly woman. Do better!

Right when I walked in the door a nice lady greeted me. She asked if I needed help finding anything and even gave me a couple free masks. She was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get her name, but she has blonde hair and wears glasses.

How can I leave a negative star? They messed up covid test kits and had the wrong name on the bag. Noticed later driving home. Had called and hopefully they fix it. Should be 0 excuse for this. It was only us in line.

Thank you CVS for ruining our vacation to Hawaii. You’re listed as a trusted travel partner for covid tests, the sign in your drive thru window said results in 2-3 days.....yet 4 days later, my children’s results did not come in on time. Mine was ready in 24hrs. You clearly need to be removed from their list.

Had to get tested for travel with my family. My mom is the only one who received results within stated feedback time and she went several hours after me. Therefore we could not travel.

I stopped by to buy a facial cream and one of the employees Lolita I think was her name. She helped me find what I need it and save me $10 with the cvs reword card. Supper nice great customer service. Blessings?
