“I drove almost an hour to this store to find what I was looking for. Asked a staff member (Pam) for what I was looking for-she had no luck. Asked another staff person (Rebecca) & she said “we have a bunch in the back”. Took the time to go dig out the box & got them for me! The customer service by these 2 associates is by far the BEST I have ever experienced! Rebecca actually lives near me, gave me her cell # & said if I ever can’t find something to reach out. If she has it she will personally drive me the order!!!!! If I could give this store a 100+ rating I absolutely would!!!!!!”

“I didn’t experience the bad customer service everyone is complaining about. I thought they were nice although it’s the bare minimum nice. But I did see rude / annoying customers and that is probably why the sales people may get “not so nice” sometimes.”
“I've been to several DT stores in my area and this is the largest, cleanest, most organized and well supplied I've been in - it took a couple visits to learn the layout, where the household items I normally purchase, browse the larger food section, and the new items I've never seen in the other DT stores, and price check the items that have increased - staff is courteous and very willing to be of assistance when needed - it's an adventure and as it's still within my 'area of travel' believe it will become my favorite store for finding everything I need in one place ?”
“Update: Thank you to the kind managers who helped me resolve this issue today, they understand customer service is important and helped me immediately.2/5 I go here everyday I'm a regular and today I got attitude for no reason by cashier Tanya, who im always kind to. Unacceptable I may need to stop coming in. Customer service is very important. I was also rushed out of the store while it was completely empty. I will be contacting manager tim and if this isnt resolved corporate.”
“Much improved since the month prior. Items are stocked and they were unboxing more at the time. Surprising to see some new things like a ratcheting screwdriver for $3 that can be found at other retail stores for 4x the cost. Some items are $1.50 now, however, this also reflects quantity and size of the products and still a good value.”
“This place deserves 5 stars because I was in need of some snacks late at night right before they closed, which yes I’m sorry, and instead of them closing up early I was able to go and get what I wanted even though they were closing within 10 minutes and we need more of that in this world. Thank you to the lady who served me and didn’t close early she deserves a raise.

“I've gone to this location since I was a child, I've always loved Dollar Tree ?? The store was a little messy on some aisles. I assume they were stocking up but there is only so many workers there so I'm not upset about it. Only pointing it out so customers won't fall with all the products on the floor. Other than that Dollar Tree has a lot more cool stuff now than before so it's great! ??”

“I had been looking for Valentines decorations & decided to stop in here, had forgotten it was in the area. Although there wasn't a lot of home decorations for Valentines which is what I was looking for, I was surprised how organized it seemed to be at this store and decided to look for a couple cards while here. Was pleasantly surprised that I actually found TWO-a birthday card for my nephew and a valentines card for my husband. They were 2 for $1!!! And they weren't silly cards that were a waste of money like other places! Glad they still carry cards, my hometown one I couldn't find any. The cashier was extremely nice. I Will go back here when I have more time to check it out more.”
“This particular one is the Walton At Pontiac! The service is excellent and there is a Latin boy who serves... WONDERFUL! He is super nice, very attentive, very kind! I like going there!”
“Bright New Superstore! Immaculate new location with plenty of regular-line $1.25 items, and a full line of "Plus" items up to $5. All "plus" items are clearly marked. Expanded grocery section with many canned goods (try the Pampa mushrooms), many shelf-stable groceries (including milk), and a small selection of baked goods. (Elie's bagels are great, as is the Gold Medal wheat bread; both $1.25/pkg.) Also a 12-door cooler section of refrigerated and frozen foods. Many name brands in the frozen section: think Red Baron and Tony's Pizza, Breyer's ice cream (all 3 are Plus items), and frozen Tina's Big Burritos for $1.25. Orange juice in the cooler is surprisingly good: tasty, not dilute or bitter; only $1.25/ 20 oz.Happy grocery shopping!”
“Friendly people work there, they are always available to help you and the line to check out is usually short.Store is clean, product is stocked and pulled to the front so, it looks full. I like coming here to get a few things. Personally I don't buy most of my groceries here because most of it is more expensive than other actual grocery stores”
“A bit larger than most so it has some items that you don't see at other stores. Nice people working there helped me find what I needed. I bought more than I expected. When the cashier started to get too many customers, she called for back up/help. She was very pleasant to talk to also. Thank you for a nice shopping exoerience”
“Dollar + location. I've noticed a shift in product to the "plus" pricing ($3/$5) and phasing out of some of the standard inventory. Very nice team work here stocking, check-out, etc. Convenient location near Hollywood Market.”
“EDIT 6.13.2020This store has drastically improved over the year. It's clean, stocked, and well-organized. The staff members are lovely people who seem happy to provide a great experience for the shopper.Navagated the isles of this store carefully as natural movement is restricted due to the floors being littered with garbage, large piles of clothing, and other retail items inefficiently stored in shopping carts. This irritation warranted some frustration but it wasn't until I stood alone at the checkout counter for a lengthy period of time did the full extent of incompetence come to light. Nutshell: the staff member who eventually arrived to cash me out posted up at a different register and stated, "I'm over here, guys," and proceeded to tend to customers that had been in line BEHIND me. I asked if someone would be coming to help me. He dismissed me so I asserted myself by insisting he take care of me after he finished with the rude person who knowingly cut the line. He offered no apology but casually went about his task. I was left with the impression that he was simply demonstrating his regular behavior on the job.I gave 2 stars only because they had my desired product in stock.”
“I went for a bookcase and got exactly what I were looking for after searching the web the price there was much more reasonable $20 at family dollar and $34 at Walmart”
“The manager at this store is the whole reason why I go there, he actually does a good job and he's not rude. Everybody there is nice unlike the horrible location on University drive and the one on Walton boulevard.. now those two stores should be avoided at all costs and are being ran by hoodrats. I live behind the Dollar general on University and I still choose to drive all the way to this one because it's that much better and you don't have to deal with any drug dealing and these people treating it like it's their own hangout instead of a workplace”

“This store used to be so dirty and disgusting that I hated to go there, but with you new manager Corey it has done a 100 percent turn around. Now it’s a pleasure to go there. The store is clean and shelves are well stocked. Do not let Corey go, he’s the best thing that has happened to this store!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!”

“Christmas Eve day I went over to the store to get a few things more like 2:00. It was a young lady that working there. She was all alone She had like 10 people in front of me and 10 or 15 behind me. She was pleasant. Smile on her face. Amazing attitude. I'd would have lost my mind whatsoever Hired her you're not paying her enough. I wish I knew her name. She had dark hair and glasses but she was so pleasant and so patient never once lost her cool. I love the new management and I love your new staff, especially this young lady. I wish I'd have gotten her name
It was under different management before or so we quit going there. Now we're back

“Had to get a variety of stuff so I gave the local DG a shot Perfect! Got my bread, cheese, razor blade stripper, pizza cutter, Lysol cleaner, Brillo pads, paper plates and plastic ware. I love these stores. They don't always have everything I need, but I often kick out! Very nice cashier. Fast service. Absolutely will come here again!”
