Charged me $30 for just a manicure, no gel,no special anything and I had my own polish. The nails didn't even last one day before chipping and breaking.

Would give zero stars if I could. That was by far the worst nail experience I have had in my entire life. The nail lady was EXTREMELY rude. She yelled at me when I was talking with my sister so I could “pay attention”. She had no communication skills and just hit foot thinking I would know what to do. She made my bleed on both of my big toes and just kept putting alcohol on it which only made the pain worse. Did not apologize about hurting me and then asked me what happened like I did to myself. Then she kept turning off my massage chair when all I was trying to do was relax. It came to the point where I had to tell my sister I couldn’t talk to her because the lady kept yelling at me anytime I said anything. During my manicure the entire time she was flopping my hand trying to move it and rolling her eyes at me because I was not relaxing my hand well enough. When I would relax my hand she would yell at me and hit my hand. I had no idea what she wanted me to do nothing I did seemed right. Overall it was a terrible experience and unrelaxing. Going to the nail salon should be fun and relaxing but this was terrible. I walked out almost in tears to my sister for how rude she was. My sister even mentioned that she was glaring at me the entire time. It was absolutely ridiculous and so rude. The women had no customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone. By far the worse experience I have had at a business. Paid wayyyyy too much money to feel this terrible after. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worse enemy LOL.

Great service. Fabulous atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. We didn’t have an appt and they got me and my daughter in anyway. I highly recommend. Very pleased. Definitely will be back!

I only came to this location because I was meeting a friend. I never leave reviews but I am So upset with the service I have to. I have a full blown infection in my big toe from how rough the lady was. She grinded me cuticles to blood and nails were in so much pain. I also had my daughter with me who is 5, she’s a regular pedicure girl and never complains. The lady put a BURNING hot towel on my daughter’s legs and she couldn’t stop screaming from the pain. Now every time we go get our toes done she is petrified when she sees a towel. This old lady gave my daughter a fear. Super unprofessional and the lady never cared one bit. Hate this place with a burning passion now.

Overall im not upset with how my nails turned out aesthetically. They look good. What I'm upset about was how rough and rude my nail tech was with my hands. He was squeezing them so hard my hand were sore after. I'm not exaggerating. When he used the nail drill he was pushing down so hard on my nails I felt the heat on my nail bed. Very uncomfortable. He drilled too close to my skin on my pinky finger, it stung afterwards and the nail polish remover stung like a cut when he put it on. He would push and flick fingers out of the way instead of just asking me to move them. It was very rude. I come to get my nails done as an act of self care and as a relaxing thing to do on my day off. I do not appreciate how uncomfortable this appointment was. Will not be returning.

Excellent service! I have been going to DX Nails for years now and consistently receive a perfect manicure and pedicure. They are happy to take walk-ins, making it so convenient if you find yourself with a free hour in your schedule.

At first I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service but just over 24 hours later my gel nails are peeling and chipping I’m very disappointed as I thought I had found a new nail salon.Services: Pedicure

My 2 daughters and I went here to get our nails done and the lady here (no name) was so rude. When she wanted us to move our hand, she would finger point since she can’t speak English and when we didn’t understand her, she would grab our hand and move it and smack it and yell something in Chinese. I still tipped these two ladies which I regret, because they were just mean the whole time. It was a very depressing experience.Services: Acrylic nails

The manager is the rudest and laziest women I ever met. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The people that work there talk about how rude and nasty the manager is. I experienced it myself. I will never be back.They lost a good customer ?
