They received a anvil for me the box was damaged so i drove there and they let me pick it up no problem ,same scenario at ups well they still have the other anvil i ordered and would not let me pick it up and im still trying to get a refund on that.
I hate ups‼️

Called on a Friday evening about a very time sensitive matter and a very thick accented asian woman took my call. If I was lucky,
I understood maybe every 4rth or 5th word, it was a terrible experience!!! This woman said that she would take care of the matter. Obviously this phone receptionist is not qualified to handle her job as I heard nothing back that evening. Short story long...... after several phone calls one even to corporate in Memphis, Tennessee still no call back from a manager or supervisor. Many hours have passed by this time, finally got a call back from someone who first said he was in Pontiac, then said he was located in the Brown Rd facility. This place is a joke!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE be cautious, this facility is the most difficult place to get to right people. As everyone you speak to thinks they are somebody with all the right credentials and I'm hear to tell you they are not!!!!!!!

I not sure why they even bother giving a time window when you have to sign for a package. Your lucky if you get your package on the day they are supposed to deliver.

Never fails, especially on a Saturday delivery customer not home/business closed and no signature is required for these deliveries. They never leave the building! Get it together FedEx!!!

Watched their driver Aaron park in my drive way then drive off without even exiting his truck or attempting to deliver my packages then after he drove off decided ded to say I wasn't home to deliver the package. Customer service is a joke. Now on second day waiting all day for this delivery and assigned the same driver.

I have a package that requires a signature, FedEx tried to deliver it at four in the morning. Then when I called, I got an AI voice saying that no one was there.

They continue to leave packages in the elements in front of my garage door. Thankful for backup cameras or I would have ran over several. The kicker is the driver has to go past the sidewalk to a covered porch.
Frustrating to say the least. Based on many other reviews, competency isn't a strong suit for this location or drivers.

Delivery drivers seem to be lazy. I was supposed to get a package yesterday I checked the tracking and per their website they didn't attempt to deliver it. Same thing today and now I'm expected to receive it in 5 more days when they have my package. Unbelievable.
