i i just made an appointment with tiffany i asked her a question i said i saw some reviews and one said you had her truck for awhile will my truck be out for awhile what she said to me was i could find someone else to do the job if i wanted to terrible customer service cancelled my appointment and went somewhere else where im treated better

I have used Gerber Collision before. They did a pretty good job however that’s all they would do nothing extra at all. I could show you pictures but what’s the point. I just pray they do a good job this time it would be greatly appreciated thank you. If they don’t I will have no choice in writing another review and it will not be a good one. It will be the truth and nothing else!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!I do not recommend this place to no one. Collision management is very nasty and rude. This place messed up my appointments 3 times. First time I walked in recommended by my insurance company, the lady at the first computer was Rude and told me that my insurance scheduled me for a different day. I was okay with that and secondly, she rescheduled me for 3/15 at 9am. They called the last minute to tell me that my appointment has been canceled due lack of staff members and they rescheduled me for today Tuesday, 3/19 at 10am.I get there for my appointment and the same lady “Brandy “ I believe told me that she doesn’t have an appointment for me and that I did a No Show last week. I told her that you guys canceled due to lack of staff members. Then she proceeded to say that I don’t have any staff members to inspect your car. Very unprofessional, I took off work and lost money and my time.I reported Gerber collision to my insurance company because I had an accident two weeks ago and I am still waiting to get an inspection from this collision company that was recommended by my insurance company. I would give this place zero stars……

I just called to ask some questions, and I was immediately deterred from the woman who answered the phone of using their service. First, she tried to give me a price deterrence to which I told her it was fine and then continued to give me reasons why they probably could not help me. Took my truck in for repairs, was told a couple months, 2 months went by, I heard nothing, called them, said they were on the other line and would call me back, another week later, still haven’t heard anything, called again, same story, so I had no other choice but to go there, they apologize, but that’s wasn’t good enough, they said they were still having problems, so I decided to take the parts they had and go elsewhere, and 2 weeks later it was repaired, so if you need repairs done, STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I had gotten a flat tire on brown road in the pouring rain last night, managed to get myself to their shop! they were about ready to close but the guys that worked there and the lovely tiffany were amazing help! they changed my flat and put my spare on for me so i could still drive and make it into work, and even gave me names for places i could go to get my tire fixed at a good price! they’re my heroes and such amazing people! thank you for all you did

Took a truck in on July 17th for a estimate after waiting a hour they said they would call with the estimate the next day. Never called so I called and they said they were still working on it. Waited a week and called again, same story. I called numerous times to check on this quote and they have yet till this day gotten me a quote. August 22. As a business owner myself, if you're too busy or don't need the work just say so.We also started providing a service for them since their last lawn company quit, after my experience with this estimate process I understand why the other company stopped showing up! Most likely it took months to be paid.

Got my vehicle towed here December 16th after a small accident which damaged my wheel house. I should have been told it was going to take more than a month to even get in the shop, they continue to tell me it will be ready one day then proceed to tell me the day of that it will be done the following week! Don’t take your car here unless you’re willing to wait months for your vehicle.
