A relative of mine had gone here previously with a prescription and the staff was so lovely and helpful I decided to go here to see if I could get some work shoes. I'm on my feet a lot and hadn't before had the money to splurge on new shoes and socks that actually fit. The woman who helped me was so wonderful, she paid attention to me even when the store was busy, walked me through how shoes are sized and measured my feet, and even helped me pick out some arch-supporting socks. I found the perfect shoes and socks that fit both my needs and my company's dress code. I really wish I had gotten the name of the lovely staff member who helped me so that I could get her help again when I go back. My feet and legs feel a lot better and I feel a lot less fatigued at work, so thank to the woman who helped me and to all the staff at Hanson's!

My first time there, WOW what great customer service! I have worked customer service my whole life and the lady that helped me was amazing! The shoes are also amazing. I would rate this place 100%+++

Unmatched customer service. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Shoes aren't cheap, but the quality and fit are exceptional when you have the right people assisting you in the process.

Brian the manager was very helpful and went the extra effort to order me a wide version of the shoe when I got the wrong size. Would certainly recommend anyone to this specific Hanson's location.

The BEST running store, period. Enormous selection with friendly & helpful staff. Also, with Hansons having their pro team runners working at the store, it’s pretty cool to be given running shoe advice by last year’s 2nd fastest American Marathoner

I work in the auto industry, which means I walk a LOT! I also have a busy work life. Hanson's has the shoes my Dr recommends and they deliver them free of charge. I live local and my shoes arrived with in 8 hours of ordering both times I've ordered from them. Will continue to order from them!

These people are experts! Went to Hansons to browse running shoes to put on my Christmas wish list. The manager was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was given several shoe recommendations based on an assessment of my running form, activity type, preferences and analysis of my current shoe wear pattern. They actually have a treadmill in the store where you can test drive the shoes and they can record your running to assess your form. Hands down, the best running/walking shoe store you'll ever find!

We had a wonderful experience with this shop. Reasonable pricing, good inventory, and nice atmosphere. Tristan and Brian were friendly and informative about all our questions. This is now our go-to running store!
