Not the best multiple experiences with this bank. Last straw for me today when we were waiting for multiple checks to clear from customers, gentleman at the counter so very happily says we couldn't process the transaction until those checks cleared. It may be funny for you, but not for us.. Have some empathy for your customers my friend...Went to another location, and they didn't even blink and processed the transaction.. do yourself a favor and go to another branch...

Lady at front desk brown longer hair is very rude and dismissive. Always has an attitude every time I come in which is often because I work for a business that requires bank deposits. Hope her life isn’t as miserable as she acts. The redhead guy can be nice. Sometimes. The bald guy. Not at all. Lol I would never bank here. Unprofessional

Went here to close a checking account since I'm moving out of state. Pae was so welcoming. She sent me over to Jack, who had the power to close the account. Both were very professional, friendly, and great to work with. I've never had problems with Huntington, even when I called their customer service line with questions about my auto loan. A+

worst bank on the planet. First its been two weeks trying to get a merchant account for my new business just to be screwed around by dave the first data guy. There is not one ounce of professionalism is this guy. Second the just blocked my debit card for taking a 11 dollar uber trip, thanks you just make all my orders for the store not go through. I'm definitely canceling any business with this trash bank.

Have been doing business here since before the name change. Service has gotten much slower. It takes forever to do a simple transaction. Though the staff is still friendly. Peyi is great.
