Drove 1/2 hour to get my flu shot, told we’re not open yet from 3 women standing doing nothing. When they opened, I was told that they don’t take United Healthcare insurance and to go elsewhere. I asked why someone couldnt call me and tell me this before I drove all the way out there. She said we just looked it up. I guess theres no point in filling out all your personal info and insurance info on their email (in which I was invited to get the flu shot in the first place)Seriously frustrating…

I would like to express my utmost appreciation for Sana Cheema, the exceptional pharmacy manager at Kroger in Lake Orion. Sana’s professionalism and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable. Every time I visit the pharmacy, she goes above and beyond to ensure that all my medication needs are met with care and accuracy. Sana’s extensive knowledge and expertise shine through in her interactions, as she takes the time to address any concerns or questions I may have. Her friendly demeanor and genuine compassion create a welcoming atmosphere that puts patients at ease. I am grateful to have Sana as my pharmacist, as she consistently demonstrates her commitment to providing top-notch pharmaceutical services. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Sana Cheema for her exceptional care and unwavering dedication to her patients.

Lovely lay out and a very clean store but whatever happened to the customer is always right mantra? One very rude shop assistant become quite testy with us about something we had not control over. Insisting on getting the last word is never in vogue lady, never. Get yourselves some customer training.

The pharmacy has to be the most slowest, problematic pharmacy department. There’s always something that isn’t working. The drive up window should have the same hours as the pharmacy itself. Plus they could do better as far as monthly refills. Rite Aid I don’t have to call for monthly meds they do it and stay on top of their patients.

Worst grocery store I've ever been too. Meat cuts are terrible compared to Meijer, price and quality. They are out of stock of basic goods and items throughout the week. Self check out is never opened and they usually only have 1-2 registers max with a little old lady working it. Fuck.this.store

The service is good and the people are nice. But they're always out of everything . They don't do substitutions very often . So if you plan on going there you can almost be guaranteed you'll have to stop someplace else to finish your shopping .

While I recommend this Kroger overall, it is starting to be by default only as there are limited other places to shop at. I know the Bakery here is essentially independent of Store Management, but I have repeatedly asked for you to carry Goldminer California Sourdough Toasted Onion Square Bread only to have it ordered ONCE and then never again. You see, I took the liberty of contacting them directly and they informed me that that bread variety was their number one seller in Michigan but yet you, Kroger in Lake Orion, seemingly refuses to sell it. Why? Furthermore, what happened to Russo's Onion Rye variety bread that you used to sell? A fellow can't even buy good bread to make sandwiches anymore. Pathetic. Horrible. I'm telling Mom.

Typically out of everything you need! Cashiers are extremely rude and you can tell they all hate their jobs. Only shop here because it's the closest grocery store to my house. If there was one closer I would never come back. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way

The employees make this Kroger the best one out there! Always positive, polite and knowledgeable.

It’s such a Mickey Mouse operation. I hate that it’s the only grocery store near me. They never have shopping carts in the building, so you either have to do all your shopping with a small basket, or go back out to the parking lot to hunt one down. They never refill the bags for fruits and veggies, so you have to walk around with them loose in your basket. Employees stocking shelves always block aisles and won’t move out of the way to get around them. I’m just going to start making the trip to Meijer
