  Nice store. Most times they have what I need as far as fresh products. Typically a nice selection of fish and other meats. Bakery and flower sections are always stocked fresh. Plus all the employees are very helpful and friendly. Ty 👍

  I am truly ashamed of the store leader who was on shift on Saturday (4-19-25) evening. She walked by one cashier struggling, checking people out and bagging their stuff all by himself and didn’t even lift a finger to help or tell another employee to help. Your job is to keep operations running smoothly and it doesn’t help when you walk by your hardworking employees just to go look at stupid shelf and move two things around for 10 minutes. A literal child helped his parents bag groceries and this “store leader” couldn’t even be bothered to help. And to add on to the stupidity, she came over only to tell him to shut his lane down even though he had 5 customers to help still. Pitiful excuse for a store leader.

  Very Nice Grocery store. Good prices. Watermelon was $2.50 each for a relatively large watermelon. They had sparkling water in the 1 liter size for $1.40 and the checkout lines moved quickly.

  Well there's not too much to say about Krogers their bottle return area is always clean the restrooms are always clean they always have plenty of stock of stuff that you need the cashiers are very helpful when you need help

  I love love love their mobile order pick up! They almost always have it ready way before my scheduled time and when I get there they're out within 1-2 minutes max!

  I love the Kroger on Lapeer Rd in Lake Orion. They are always friendly and willing help. One example was when I was having trouble in downloading a prepaid credit card. In the service desk was Jennifer who greeted me with a smile and reassured me as she helped me set up the card as I was at the service desk. Then, Jennifer would come to check on me as I completed the information to see if I needed additional help every now and then. She would do this as she busily completed her other responsibilities. It's always a positive experience when I shop at Kroger.

  The following is all alleged. Maybe it happened, maybe it didn't. Let me go during my probationary period despite only training with the person who fired me for 2 days. During the time she was nasty and rude towards me. The rest of my training was with the night crew for about 5 days who were the greatest people to work with - they were not the problem. I thought things were going well until the pink-haired lady apparently was 'observing' me despite not being there during my other shifts. I just got this job. I was willing to learn and work. And now I've been let go during my training period. The best I can do is share this story. My time working here was not pleasant. That lady in produce was not pleasant. I get the feeling that they are aware of that and that problem needs to be addressed.

  Shopping at Kroger is really the only choice. We don’t have any local independent green grocers and our village leaders don’t seem to care. Instead they are spending 5 million to build a parking lot.
