Wait time was about an hour which is normal. They checked if I was fasting. I was. Phlebotomist was good. The problem is my test results were entered as random not fasting and three tests were missed. Now I have to go back, waste another hour waiting and have my blood drawn again. Their system clearly needs improvement.

They went above and beyond to help me with a situation today. Thank you so much. They turned what could have been a very difficult situation into a very easy, manageable one. I extremely appreciate the accommodations you provided.

Great experience overall! There was a pretty big crowd when I got there, but moved very quickly! I am a huge chicken with blood and needles…between the front desk and Martine who drew my blood, it was as great of an experience as it could possibly be!
