I was just in the store for about 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by a single soul, and I made eye contact with an employee multiple times. I stood at the counter for five minutes without getting any service. The employee on the floor kept looking back at me and I heard employees talking right around the corner in the back, so I left all the items I was going to purchase on the counter and I will take my business elsewhere.

My visit to this location was also my first. I was greeted upon entering by Lisa. As I had recently lost some weight, I wasn't sure of what size bra to get. Lisa offered to measure me and then helped me pick out the style I liked. I will definitely be back to this location.

I would give zero stars if I could! I was in the shopping center and decided to go shopping at lane bryant. When I walked in, I was never greeted by either of the two employees at the checkout counter. I walked around the entire store looking for pants that I could wear for work, I spent a good 15 minutes going rack to rack and still was never even acknowledged. It was very disappointing because I was very willing to spend my money there and because the employees couldn't be bothered, they lost a paying customer. I have never experienced this before at a lane bryant, I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have been greeted and asked if I needed help at every single one I have walked into prior to this. I will not be going to this location ever again.

First off if you have anxiety, it'd be better to choose a different store; especially if June is working.I went here with my wife because we noticed the semiannual sale they were having at the time. When my wife was in the dressing room, June approached me and asked if we needed help. I politely declined and told her no and that my wife has really bad anxiety.From then on out she kept insisting to try various sizes in an attempt to help. The result was my wife purchasing 4 bras that actually don't fit and we unfortunately removed the tag's and cannot return them. The size was close just a little big, the size we thought we should have gotten would have been correct. June insisted on a different size.Had she left my wife alone she would have been able to find the right size and leave happy, not feeling panicked.The store is well stocked and clean, however.

Rolanda was wonderfully helpful. Went to purchase some bras, with no clear idea of my current size. She was very knowledgeable and ran back and forth getting me several styles and sizes until I found a couple I liked, then ordered one of them, which was not available in store, shipped to my home. She had lovely personality and made me very comfortable and happy with the whole experience. Thanks Rolanda!

I typically love Lane Bryant stores, but this was some of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. I almost left in tears.

Beware: Lane Bryant used to sell high quality clothing, but they are now going the Amazon quality route. Three shirts I ordered online (cause all the stores in a 30 mile radius of me closed) were very thin, and one shirt didn't even have both sides of the scarf type collar printed. No matter how I style it, I just cannot get the wrong side not to show. Normally shirts like this would have a double layer on the collar so it does not matter how it lays. This is very cheap, much like the stuff I have gotten from Amazon (at more than twice the price of Amazon).
