This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers! Anthony took great care of me and my jeep. I had communication with him every step of the way. My jeep had hail damage and Anthony made sure that the insurance company did not take advantage of me. So glad that I came here and will definitely come back if I need any work done on my cars. I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning. I was the first in line in the Express Lane. They opened the doors at 7:30 am and I was on my way home by 8:30 am. They did a great and quick job for the oil change and multi-point check-up. I always go to Milosch's for everything that is needed for my vehicle. Great job guys!!

Thanks to Sherry Hart for all her help on my first big girl purchase! 2024 dodge hornet Gt plus. She has helped my stepdad Paul in the past and I am thankful she was able to help me.Sherry was amazing from start to finish.Made sure from the first moment every question, concern or doubt was answered throughly. My hornet is the best and to my liking all thanks to her for paying attention to the details I like.I will definitely look forward to continuing my car searches with her and definitely recommend her. I scheduled my service online which was very easy and better than over the phone. I brought it in on a Sat at 8am for a brake inspection. At 40K miles, I thought I might need to replace parts. I also thought it would not be ready till Mon or Tues, but I was surprised when they called me at 11am that it's ready. They just cleaned it and aligned the brakes! I have taken our other Chrysler and Jeep cars there for years. I feel confident in this dealership to give me reliable information and service I can trust!

Great experience with Milosch’s! I worked with Matt who was awesome! He was very personable and easy to work with and didn’t push me into anything just to make a sale. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him when I am in the market. Josh in finance was amazing too! Highly recommend Milosch’s if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Overall greatly satisfied with my choice to purchase my car from them!!

Today, my son finalized the purchase of his new pre-owned Jeep Compass. Our sales rep was Timothy S. He did a great job in informing us of everything we needed to know. He showed great customer service and patience. We are long time customers of this dealership and have always experienced great customer service. However, Timothy has gone above and beyond what is considered the 'norm'. I have and always will....recommend this dealership.

I went in to buy a used vehicle from Timothy S. and he was very respectful to my wife and I and also was entertaining to our children which was a plus. Tim was very patient with us and went through all the numbers while also showcasing the entire vehicle with all its features which he was very knowledgeable about. Tim allowed us to test drive the vehicle as long as we wanted and made sure to answer all the questions we had. I recommend seeing Tim if you're interested in a used vehicle who will work patiently with you and also diligently. Thank you, Tim, for your help, we appreciate it!

Went in for service. Asked them to call me if they couldn’t get it done that day as I needed it back. They said they would call me mid-morning to let me know. They never called. I left several messages asking for an update. No call back, even left a message with the receptionist. I let it go for the night and changed my schedule around to accommodate. Called next day mid-morning. No call back. Got a hold of the receptionist again. I explained I just needed to know if it was going to be fixed or not as I absolutely needed it back this day. At 5:30pm I just showed up to get my car, it had not been touched and I never got a call back. I know they are short handed and I would have understood if they just called me back and told me the situation.

Called 2 times to make a service appointment for a Safety Recall. First call - left message on the main number...no return call. 2nd call, to Service Manager...no return call. 3rd call worked. When I dropped off vehicle they had my old phone number so I asked the rep to change it. I was told that it would take a couple of hours for all the repairs. 9 hours later, no call, I called to see what the status was. The vehicle was ready. When I picked it up I noticed the paperwork still showed the wrong number. They changed it and all was good. Next day I received a call, on the correct number, that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service on the vehicle is fine. The process needs help.

Car was finished pretty quickly, they were good about keeping in touch with updates. But, don’t leave any change in your car because it will be gone when you pick it up. They literally took all my quarters and dimes ($20-$30) and left only nickels and pennies. They also took a brand new rain gear set that I keep under the back seat in case of emergencies. My fault for leaving them in there but thats kind of petty for a big dealership. Would take my car there again but I would not leave anything in there that I wouldn’t want gone when I picked up my vehicle.

Don’t waste your time for service. They are to busy to answer the phone. I sent a chat about scheduling a recall. No reply for 2 hours, the in chat said I’m looking for a new truck, received a reply in 3 mins. What business is to busy to answer the phone. Sales answered on the first ring. Service… good luck
