“I recently had a large upright piano moved from one city to another. The new location had a long stairwell with a turn up to the 2nd floor. I was afraid to watch them move my beautiful piano, but of course I had to. It was quite an effort, but they never gave up and with no damage to the piano, were successful. I will definitely contact Mike & Louis piano movers the next time I have my piano moved, which will most likely be next year. They were very courteous and provided excellent service!! “I cannot rate these people highly enough.First, they were the only ones that actually let me get everything done online, even got a price, all in under 5 minutes. PODS & PackRat required you call to complete & get the price. (Is it 1998 still?) That was 45 minutes - each - I'll never get back (and all their various charges, oy!).They do the pod thing, too, but I was uncertain how much space I needed so, the trailer option fit the bill perfectly. You fill it and pay by the footage used. Simple. I needed 18' it turns out. Cheapest by far.I had a move planned from Florida to Metro Detroit. The trailer drop off went great, the driver called about 60 minutes before & again about 5 minutes out. Very sociable, friendly, very busy, too. Dropped a 28 footer exactly where requested. (Friday afternoon 9/15/23)We loaded it Saturday & Sunday, they picked up on Monday. Trailer was in Detroit that Thursday (3 days transit instead of expected 5-7 business days). It made Michigan before I did (I had a few stops).Then my apartment fell through. I call them and they were so chill on holding it since it wasn't actually due there until the weekend anyway. Shifting gears, I arranged a storage place, then one quick call to U-Pack got the trailer dropped off right outside my unit on Friday(9/29). That driver called me to confirm the address and storage space unit #, which he had already checked with the storage facility operator. They picked up the empty on Monday.On top of all that, the price was exactly as quoted in the beginning, no additional fees at all.I cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact, I'm going to apply for a job with them once I actually get settled in Detroit.”

We recently moved some machinery and they were able to handle the rigging, electrical disconnects/reconnects, pneumatic hookups, and pipefitting. “I can't say enough good things about the guys who showed up for our move. They were so friendly and personable. They had a great attitude and were very nice. We even had miscommunication with a big item and they were totally happy to move it back where it went. They took extra care not to ding doorways or scratch paint. The rate was also very reasonable compared to other rates I found. Five stars.”
