The customer service is excellent at this store. The collections are good, organized and easy to locate. I love the little activity table for kids near fitting rooms. Calm and pleasant shopping experience.

Fast cashier and return. Lots of good deals in the back of the store. The store was clean and in a great location. Lots of handicapped parking in front. Overall the best Old Navy store we've been to in Michigan.

It's 945pm. Online says they're open til 10pm. Doors are locked, at Christmas time. After 55 rings, somebody finally answered. They're closed due to staffing issues....

I recently moved to the area and went to this store for shopping. I'm familiar with Old Navy and have spent lots of money with these stores over the years. I spent $250 at the Lake Orion location this past weekend. One of the items I bought was a sports bra. Upon getting home, I tried the bra on and it didn't fit right. Trying to position it properly, I accidentally ripped the inside tag attached to the fabric that says the size and wash care on it. Decided I was going to have to return it even tho I loved the bra. Since the inside tag attached the fabric was removed, the store wouldn't take it back despite me having a receipt from 3 DAYS PRIOR, and spending tons of money with this chain. I'm even a credit card holder. I asked if they could at-least give me a store credit of the $20 so I could buy a different bra and the cashier wouldn't even do that for me. I said I guess pitch it then cause I can't wear it if it doesn't fit me? She said ok! What's the point of keeping a receipt if that doesn't ensure you a refund for a purchased product? Very disappointed of this store.
